We had something to eat at the Windmill a few weeks ago. It was ok, the chicken was a little under cooked. Having enjoyed meals at the Windmill before, this was not my best experience there.

Absolutely disgraceful. Was told we could not have a tab because staff didn’t want to ‘chase’ for the bill. The drinks were flat. Was accused of not paying enough when in fact we’d been overcharged The order arrived wrong had items missing and the sandwich...More

We booked a table for Mother’s Day sat down it then took over an hour to produce food. Then completely messed up the order for desert. Appears to have a severe lack of communication between the bar staff and the kitchens. The food was ok...More

Called in for tea and enjoyed it. The bar food was good and the staff and service was excellent. Over the last 12 months this as had a refurbishment and the place is clean and tidy- 100% improvement. Pleasantly surprised.
