I have always love this place, its local and has always entertained both of my children. But as they have now changed the upper age of children I will now have to go elsewhere. It is good for younger children though and birthday parties.

I visited Fenton Fun Factory today for the first time in approximately 6 months with my 2 toddlers and 5 month old son. Prior to this I'd been a regular visitor for around 2 years but personal circumstances meant I hadn't been for a while. I was pleasantly surprised to find a new imagination play area which both my daughters absolutely loved. They are aged 4 and 2 1/2 and spent a fair bit of time in this area. It is ideal for pre-schoolers and is a brilliant addition to what I believe to be a very good play centre anyway. I specifically visited today because on a Thursday the play centre has a sensory room open from 9.30am to 11.30am. This is ideal for both toddlers and babies and meant my son could also enjoy some play. There are other activities on every day of the week too. On a Tuesday there is a Boogies Beat session which is also very good and have been to many times previously. I'm unsure of the activities on other days so can't really comment on these, but I'm sure they will be as good as the others. The play centre itself is a fair bit smaller than the 2 play centres in Hanley. However, for me personally, that is the main reason I prefer Fenton Fun Factory. Being smaller means I can easily keep an eye on my children, definitely a priority when you have 3 children! The environment also seems much more welcoming. We always order food when we come here. I usually get the girls a half cheese sandwich and cheese puffs lunch. It only costs me a £1 each for these meals. I also get a bowl of chips to share with the meal which is £1.75 and you get loads of chips. It is very cheap and what you get is tasty and excellent value. I have previously bought bigger meals for them such as fish fingers, chips and beans but most of it gets wasted. The half sandwich and crisps is ideal for a light toddler meal. Lastly, I've always found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly here. The manager has been the same person here for as long as I've been visiting and every time upon leaving she asks if everything has been ok for us. I've never had this consistent level of customer service at any other play centre I've ever visited. We will be back again soon!

our little boys 3rd birthday. Great value for money, party host Katie was really good, got the kids dancing and playing games. There was lots of food (hot buffet), all went really smooth. play area was a great size for the younger kids, and the Caffè coffee was lovely! would 100% recommended, a stress free way to have a kids party!
