This is one way of getting up to about half way up Ben Nevis before walking the rest. These cable cars, (gondolos) take up to 6 people and I don't like heights! However on descending I bravely opened my eyes and really enjoyed the views....More

Attended a wedding here travelling over a mile by gondola to reach the venue. We were supposed to have the service and bbq outside but unfortunately the weather closed in and we had to have it inside the premises. Nothing overly special about the venue....More

£14 per adult - but worth it. Definitely make sure you go on a clear/sunny day without low lying cloud to get the most out of your visit. The views on top are awesome and there are 2 x walks either side of the cafe....More

Hi - yes in winter you can buy plastic sledges from the shop at the top of the Gondola. There's a variety in stock with a range of prices. You can also take your own. Cheers
Hi, can you hire sledges or do you have to take your own? If hired, are they the traditional type with two runnersd, or the modern plastic type with steering/brakes. Many thanks.
