My Dad and I were gifted a 5 spice cookery class as a birthday present ! The class showed me loads of handy tips and tricks on how to prepare a menu that I would never have normally cooked, the food was incredible, and Sue was Sue was a great hostess providing us with tea coffee and hone made lemonade, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend highly !!

Excellent Thai cookery class! Sue was really friendly, helpful and a great teacher. Food was delicious and we had plenty to bring home.

Fabulous day with Sue showing me how to prepare and cook an authentic green Thai curry dish

This was a wonderful gift. We spent 2 to 3 hours cooking Malaysian food. Sue and Paul were so welcoming. Sue’s preparation was meticulous and the class for 6 of us was a pleasure to attend. All the food was good but I particularly enjoyed making the pandan pancakes. She organised the menu so well for the both vegetarian and meat eaters. All of us have said we would love to attend another of her cookery courses. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable and delicious experience.

The personalised nature of this experience and the instructions that Sue gave were fantastic, and she is such a good guide. Was also great fun to chat with. And needless to say the food was absolutely fantastic. Would recommend as a gift to treat yourself or others with.

This was a family Christmas present and what a fabulous family time together we had! We chose what recipes we would like to make from Sue’s suggestions and with her enthusiasm, infinite patience, kindness and lots of guidance, advice, hints and tips we successfully made a three course feast!
We were so impressed with our achievements. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, we had fun and worked together to make delicious restaurant worthy food! Sue’s supremely organised session was relaxing, calm and very instructive, we learnt so much.

Very enjoyable well organised morning and we ended up with delicious food to eat for lunch and with loads spare to take home.

I was given this course as a birthday present from my family, and what a wonderful present it was. Sue showed us how to make a delicious Malaysian meal completely from scratch but taught me so much more. She is patient, kind and endlessly encouraging and I would recommend trying her courses. The time flew by and over so quickly. Will certainly be returning with my daughter to learn some more. Have also gained a huge respect for how much Iove and time goes into preparing and cooking Asian food.
