Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was a great afternoon out however, there is no point paying for the extreme course because you only get to go around the two levels once. Also, they expect you to pay 5 pounds extra to go on a zip line at the end. It is optional however I think it’s outrageous to pay extra, even when other places like go ape don’t make you. Also, they say you are getting an hour to climb however, the briefing takes up 15 mins of your time!

The zip wire at the end is great - I'd recommend it over the drop. And for the rest - very safe harnesses and safety checks and clear safety guidance from the very professional and approachable staff. Empty your pockets! Wallets, keys etc can be left safely at the ticket office. Plenty of obstacles high up but you are safe from falling with the harness. Plenty of zip wires and wobbly sky high bridging and netting to get over, and plenty of space and time to do it safely at your own pace. No rush no hurry just enjoy it!

This was a brilliant experience, and great value for money. The staff were charming and knowledgable, and gave us really clear instructions and advice. The kids (and me!) absolutely loved the climbing - there are two routes to try for under 12s, which are challenging but achievable, and we managed to get around the course a few times during the hour’s booking. It was really exciting being so high up in the trees and testing your balance and bravery on different platforms - ending in a fun zip wire!
Free parking on site, and a choice of light refreshments available to purchase.
Wholly recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Our granddaughter was initially afraid and did not want to continue. The staff encouraged her to try the practice area and after that there was no stopping her, Fantastic

A great few hours of outdoor challenge and fun for a family of 5, ageing from 11 to 51! Staff were friendly and focused on the job, there to support but not to take over. I found the quality of kit and treetop challenges to be excellent. We ended with the zip line and drop off the later whilst perfectly safe challenged all of us to do.

Great for a birthday party! We had my sons 9th birthday here last week and it didn’t disappoint. The two kids courses were enough for the kids to run about between ensuring that the slower movers could go at their own speed whilst the faster ones could tackle the other trail and back again. I certainly thought that it was appropriate for the group I had - some of the kids were fearless and others were really quite nervous and the kids course is pretty good for both. It was a freezing cold day so I don’t blame the staff for starting with a fairly abrupt attitude - but that disappeared when the kids were all plugged onto the course and then the staff were too notch in supporting the kids throughout. Very professional and patient - much appreciated when we had such a mix of abilities. All in all a fabulous hour where the kids really challenged themselves so we all felt good about that. Oh and I thought the time slot was nice and generous too - doesn’t start until after the safety briefing. Kids had plenty (but not too much) time! Thanks Wild Wood!

Would the children’s course be ok for my 10 and 13 year old? Or is it aimed for younger children?
