About
There are few things in life as important as physical and mental health, yet in our busy and stressful lives, so many people forget to look after their own wellbeing. Established in 2012, we called ourselves “Body & Mind” to reflect the benefits that authentic Thai massage can bring to physical and mental health. In as little as 30 minutes, we can help alleviate many of life’s stresses, strains and anxieties. Fast approaching our 6th Birthday, we have treated thousands of happy customers, many of which return again and again.

What a lovely place to go had my first professional their the ladies are very friendly and welcoming had a great massage feel loads better now they ask you how you feeling during the session I will be going back more often it’s great value for money and easy location in the city centre

I had a thai oil massage here and it was excellent. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed the second I got there. Everything was explained clearly and the massage was brilliant. I had a shoulder injury and she took extra care to make sure it was comfortable - it felt great after too! Will definately return for one of the best massages i've had!

I highly recommend this place. I had the 60min back/neck/shoulder massage. It was incredible. The staff is really friendly. Great set up in the middle of town. I’ll be going back!

I had an amazing Indian Head Massage here!
And from the beginning, everything was great, really nice receptionist, her friend who massage me, ms Min (she liked to ask sometimes if is ok. Do I feel comfortable. That is most important for her).
And I didn't expect I will feel a big change after one session, but I already can keep the straight position for a longer time (I have a problem with hunchback), and I feel like some stiffs around my neck are gone.

I had an incredible, and actually quite life changing deep tissue massage yesterday at this small place by an amazing lady called ICE. She had the most powerful energy with heat radiating from her strong hands, very experienced and wise and completely got what I needed straight away. Being a violinist I had a lot of stiffness and muscle knots and overuse in my shoulders, arms and neck, and she treated these by going in deeply into the muscles which was incredibly painful at the time but made me feel like I could fly afterwards! Really recommend if you need more of a tension and stiffness relief therapy than a ‘relaxing’ massage! Just keep breathing throughout and you will come out a different person! I’m passing through Newcastle, but I’d happily travel to Newcastle especially for this treatment.

I'm so sorry, I've just noticed your question. I got the impression that the ladies here massage as gently or firmly as you want them to...they were careful to ensure I was clear that their firm massage is very firm, and so it was! The bed was quite high but I'm sure they'll have a step up if needed. They were certainly very kind and caring so I'm sure it would be a good experience.
