Went to the Thursday free poker tournament on 03/11/23. The tournament was well ran, but one of the staff was very rude. I went to get signed up at around 6:45pm and the man behind the counter was generally impolite. I then went back and asked him a simple question later, he started being very sarcastic and overall unpleasant.
I will be back, but hopefully don’t have this guy on duty🙏

Sorry to hear you had this experience with us. This is not the level of service we expect from our colleagues and we will be investigating this internally.

Casino its self is very nice and clean and has a great choice of slots and tables however the customer care is poor staff very rude and do not have any manners at the cash desk.

Wouldn’t waste your time here, besides the bar staff the rest of them have no customer service skills whatsoever. Cashed in a few wins below £100 a few times with no issue but the two members of staff working the payout desk were very odd and rude each time. I then went to cash out a £90 and £20 slip from the slots and I was asked to provide ID, I only had my bank card on me and said I would provide my ID online but she wasn’t interested and was extremely rude. After speaking to the manger who was also rather strange and rude I was escorted out by security, apparently if your wanting to identify yourself to receive your winnings rather than being robbed your being aggressive. Not everyone has all forms of photo ID’s in their pocket but most people can provide a photo ID such as a drivers license via their mobile phone it is 2023 after all. Won’t be coming back and I’d advise anyone wanting a good time to give this place a miss.

Goodness what a change! Last time I was here we vowed never to return but I'm so glad we did! Right from entering and getting a lovely warm welcome to bar staff to roulette dealers, each and every single one of them made our visit fantastic! The change from December last year is a hugely positive one! We'll worthy of 5 green circles. Thank you Aspers we had a great afternoon here.

Held our Christmas party at the casino and it was a brilliant night, lovely area and festive setting staff were very welcoming, brilliant live band, & DJ.food was delicious beautifully cooked hot sandwich with the best roasties ever.
Thank you to nic who looked after us from booking the party until the end, loved learning how to play in the tables such a lovely night and we can’t wait to return

Been here on multiple times. Never been so offended by the tall lad with the shaved head and the blonde member of staff who works on Freyas bar.
They kept looking at me - and despite being open till 4am - at 03:30am they told me the bar was closed.
They then started giggling at me making clearly sarastic comments. They just lost my business which is very regular. The company will not care

My husband and I spent this evening at Aspers’ Freya’s Bar where we chose from their snack menu and opted for burgers, chicken and beef, which went down a treat! They were generous portions along with chips and condiments. I would like to give a big thanks to our server Helen for being a part of our evening’s experience at the Casino, she was very attentive and knowledgable, and was quick to make sure we had everything we wished for, we really appreciate her fast approach throughout along with her bubbly personality! We got there during a quiet time on a match day and it was nice to feel more relaxed after and before a rush, and just be able to experience the food, atmosphere and friendly service! I will be recommending this place to family and friends :)

Disgusting. I was turned away from the door (by the bouncers) for wearing shorts. I am a pro poker player and I always play here in a pair of shorts, If the terms were changed then they should be on the website. I turned up in my nike shorts but when I called the customer services, they did not help.
