What a fun and tacky place! And I mean the good kind of tacky. I didn't visit the museum exhibition itself, but booked the Shakespeare tour and the ghost tour they offer. The... read more

Went in on Monday and asked if we could book the ghost tour for Wednesday evening. We were told not to and just to turn up. We got a cab in at 5.45 on Wednesday and were told there was no room and nothing they could do, leaving us with nothing to do for 2 hours before our dinner reservation.... More

Our website clearly state that booking is 'recommended', although it is not usually necessary. The tour was sold out on this occasion to a large group. We responded to your email and apologised profusely for any inconvenience. However, we do not respond to blackmail. More

We have visited the museum with our 8 yo and he really liked it. We loved it, too. The museum is in a very old buliding and you are able to touch and try on the items displayed. The children will get a task when they enter and a little award after they complete it. It is worthy visiting for... More

We pre-booked doing the walking tour and then a ghost tour. We were taken around by 'William Shakespeare'. Kingsley was entertaining, engaging and incredibly informative. He took us round some of the key places, talking us through Shakespeare's life from birth to death in a way that would please children through to adults. I thought I knew a fair amount... More

Wow! What more can I say? Both the Shakespeare Walking Tour and the Ghost Tour were exceptional. Both Kingsley and Sean (I hope I'm spelling those right) were brilliant. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and made both tours thoroughly enjoyable and I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The walking tour featured key locations as well as factual and funny... More

Such a fantastic story teller. We visited for the 9pm ghost tour. We were the only two on the tour. We would have paid twice the price for such an enjoyable hour. It flew by.

What a fun and tacky place! And I mean the good kind of tacky. I didn't visit the museum exhibition itself, but booked the Shakespeare tour and the ghost tour they offer. The Shakespeare tour was led by a chap dressed up as, obviously, Shakespeare. He was fun and knowledgeable and the tour through Stratford was top notch! Starting at... More

We took our 2 girls (aged 6 & 8) here as the eldest has started a topic on the Tudors at school. They were given clip boards with tick lists and this was great to help focus their attentions as we went through each room. There are plenty of things to try out or sniff and it really caught our...
