Well laid out centre. The birthplace building is amazing. The different buildings are dotted around the town but an easy walk to all. All in all an interesting look into the private world of Shakespeare & his family.

It is the lovely part of Stratford. Very ancient place that is definitely worth seeing. I can only recommend. We were here during the anniversy of 400 years and it was beautiful. There are many small shops and cafes. It is possible to buy many souvenirs here. Definitely visit.

The Shakespeare's center comprises a few rooms with artefacts and facts about Shakespeare's plays and lifestyle and an informative film worth seeing. Then you go to visit the house he was born in, full of little details about his life and actors in rooms giving you more information about the way he lived, his family and so on. The gardens... This reception area & video gives an introduction to Shakespeare. Definitely worth a visit as you then can go into Shakespeare's Birthplace.

Stratford on the Avon is the typical medieval town. It is nicely laid out and very clean . The Shakespeare Center offers a wide screen video detailing Shakespeare's life and accomplishments. There is a small exhibit providing more information about his life. The center is directly connected to the grounds and birthplace home of Shakespeare. The grounds are lovely. The... More

We bought the Three Houses ticket (don't forget to gift aid it) There was a good amount of visual information to read and see (first folio and dig finds etc) and a short film depicting how Shakespeares life has inspired people over the centuries, you then go into his birthplace (see that review) Very much worth a single visit.
