About
The Children’s Play Village in Warwick makes for a play date to remember for children bursting with curiosity and an endless supply of playfulness and tonnes of imagination. With soft fantasy realism of a real village your child can jump right into character and lose themselves in a world of pretend play and exploration of many familiar shops and services found in real life. Our 12 role play have been designed with love to set your child's imagination on fire. The Play Village, the play props and costumes are all here to spark play every child’s spirit of adventure, their excitement at the freedom to explore and learn about their community and world, and experiment with what’s familiar and fantasy using their imaginations. We offer 3 play sessions a day for 2.5 hrs that can be pre-booked online via our website. We operate a strict capacity level to ensure families have the space to play and explore with online booking essential to avoid disappointment.

My friend Ruth and I visited the children’s play village last Friday and attended the lunch time session with our children
Lisa seated us at our table and explained the playtime session process to us and advised us on the rules she was very attentive and pleasant throughout our stay.
The play village was exceptionally clean as well as the baby changing facilities the cleaning operatives clean to a high standard.
Our overall experience was exceptional, all the staff were lovely and the atmosphere was amazing. I recommend visiting the play village especially in December where the village really comes to life and a mesmerising magical experience to have before Christmas.
We shall look into visiting again in the future and will recommend the play village to all our family and friends.

I went to the play village twice in a week and in both incidences - the sessions started late and the second session finished 20mins earlier than the booking confirmation email.
I approached the staff (Brad) and explained my grievance and he was rude and made excuses... like we finish early so guests can pick up kids from school, we start later so we can manage a queue to let people in (there was never a huge queue) etc
I've emailed the owner Alan about my complaint and received a rude email refusing to listen to the facts and my experience. He does not want to resolve my complaint and is happy I make this public.

This place is fab! My two girls had such a great time. Pleasantly surprised how good it was, definitely worth a visit.
Staff are so welcoming, professional and friendly- from being greeted and seated, to serving food and entertaining the little ones.
The place is spotlessly clean (including the toilets), tidied as children play so the village doesn't get all muddled up and the entertainment team are dressed in character and engage with little ones throughout. They carry out a number of set activities with everyone which the children can join in with or carry on playing.
The food is fab, great selection and good value for money. Highly recommend.

Brad and his team were amazing!!! Cleo and Beau had the best 1st and 4th party. The service was outstanding from the moment that we stepped inside the doors! Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, we can’t thank you enough. You made our girls party extra special and we will definitely be back! X

We went Sunday lunchtime and had the most amazing time.
The play area itself is immaculate. Beautifully decorated and kept tidy despite children running around playing. Lots of variety and animation team is fantastic at entertaining all children.
The cafe is fantastic. Great value for money and lots of choice. There was a little wait but was so worth it!! You can continue to play until it arrives so we really didn’t mind.
We will definitely be returning soon as we honestly think it’s the best thing we have done with our little girl and great value for money.

We had an amazing experience coming here for my daughters 2nd birthday this was my third visit here the Role play was amazing endless things to do great to keep the children’s imagination running and they even gave us a card for Halle before we left amazing hosts and polite staff really made our visit .. great day out

Wow! This place is amazing. We have been a couple of times and my daughters loved it, so I booked my 7 year old party and it was just perfect 🥰 they make the birthday person feel so special and all staff are fantastic. The attention to detail and the effort the staff go to is outstanding. I came from stourbridge and had a party malfunction and this issue was sorted. They go above and beyond. Everyone is polite and friendly. It is also spotless and I love you are made to take your shoes off. Your child/children will love this place and I highly recommend 👌💫😍

I came today with my little girl who is 3 she absolutely loved it! The staff are so welcoming polite and friendly and so much for the little ones to do! Food and drink was good prices and good quality would definitely go again

This place is a real gem! Went here with my two year old and three year old and we had a brilliant time. The staff were fantastic and it was very clean, with so much to do. The children absolutely loved exploring the different role play set ups, and the cafe was good too. The character presenter, Frankie the Firefighter, made it a fabulous immersive theatre experience. I highly recommend a visit. We will be back!
