Welcome to Platinum Jewellers. Based in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, we are specialists in Platinum and 18ct Gold Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings and Eternity Rings. We have a selection of both plain & diamond set wedding rings and a selection of patterned cut samples for you to look at. We have a selection of earrings in stock. Just had our second visit to Platinum Jewellery, Rob and Steve have made a wonderful job of remaking my engagement ring. I was originally recommended the business by another Jeweller so this says everything! The ring was just what I wanted, great communication and service and they listened to what I wanted

We've been to Platinum Jewellers several times now and they always either have what you want or can make it.
Kate is a wonder on the design and we get our Ring's cleaned every time we go.
When we go to the jewellery quarter, there are numerous shops that will promise the earth, give you discount for cash, or anything else to seal the deal, but PJ are there to compare the rest to and the rest are found wanting.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

We bought my engagement ring here 16 years ago and had it custom made, choosing the style, setting & diamond. Bought wedding rings a year later & 13 years later went back to buy an eternity ring - same guys & same fab service. They remembered us for a start (always nice) & again helped us choose a brilliant style & matched the diamonds as far as was possible to the same as my engagement ring, albeit smaller. So happy with them & lovely to get friendly welcome service. I cannot recommend the highly enough. Quality of jewellery second to none & will always go back for any major jewellery purchases even though we live in London now.

Having been a customer for over 6 years Platinum Jewellers is always our first call when looking for something special.
Having to go through chemotherapy for breast cancer I decided to treat myself to something sparkly to sit and gaze at whilst having to go through treatment.
Steve and Jess were so helpful in fact I think I had tried on almost every ring without any pressure their selection of diamond and other precious stones and I made my decision.
I chose a 9 stone diamond ring set in of course platinum which I have sat and gazed at for many a long hour.
I have had so many compliments about my ring and look forward to buying something on my next visit - perhaps earrings to match!!!
Plus Steve has made to order a ring for after treatment has finished!!

I have visited Platinum Jewellers on a number of occasions, first time three years ago to make a new set of wedding bands fo my husband and I.
Last year I purchased a beautiful diamond ring which everybody comments on.
In October my daughter took her engagement ring to be re-sized and I’m planning a trip shortly for a chain and diamond pendent.
They are always so helpful, honest and not pushy in the slightest.

What a fantastic experience we had at Platinum Jewellers. We popped in Friday to look for my wedding band. I was allowed to look without being pressurised, no questions about my budget, when our special day was, the usual questions fired at you when you enter a jewellers.
When I decided on my band we were quoted a great price, much cheaper than the previous stores visited but there was no pressure to buy there and then. My partner asked whether her mothers wedding ring could be reduced in size, we thought it was a long shot given that it needed to be reduced two sizes but it was not a problem for this jewellers. They said if we chose to buy the ring they would reduce it for free. We were expecting to have to leave the ring but it was done within the hour with success, we had a fear that it would break but thankfully it didn’t. The ring was then cleaned and my partners engagment with was cleaned and recoated at no extra cost too.
We were amazed at how well we were looked after, the speed and quality of service was unbelievable. Platinum Jewellers will be the first place I will visit when looking to purchase, seek repairs or alterations in the future.

We went to the Birmingham jewellery quarter to save money on the purchase of our wedding rings and found the general pricing to be around half of that in regular jewellers in our home city.
With Platinum Jewellers, we found not only amazing prices, but really friendly, informal, yet expert service.
Arrived in plenty of time via insured post. Just a really great experience from start to finish.
Perfect for vintage rings- they have an impressive selection of 1920s casts to fulfil any customer's- "I want something a bit weird/ unusual" criteria.

Went to Platinum Jewellers in the hope of having a ring made that I had seen in Munich,was greeted with excellent service!
A real can do attitude to meeting my needs and wishes, the ring was made just as I imagined and delivered on time for my birthday.
A really friendly, personal service and very laid back, no hard selling would really recommend to anybody

We ordered our wedding rings from platinum jewellers and couldn't be more pleased. Steve and the team are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they don't make you feel rushed. They are not pushy in the slightest but are able to offer great suggestions as to what will and won't work. Both rings were made to our requirements and engraved as part of the service and we are over the moon with them. I can't recommend them highly enough and we will definitely be back for the eternity ring!

Really great experience and the happy couple found perfect platinum and diamond engagement ring. Nothing was too much trouble and we were all made very welcome.
I returned at a later date as I had a diamond from a ring that I had inherited and needed a new setting. Lots of choice and chose a platinum ring, they set the diamond while I went for lunch. Great service. Wedding rings needed soon, due for a revisit!!
