Welcome to Spa Diamond Massage where we have made massage into an art form and you can be assured of experiencing the very best massage in Birmingham. In a relaxing tranquil and welcoming environment you can enjoy a variety of treatments. We use holistic massage therapy to diminish aches and pains, improve flexibility and reduce tension. Here at Spa Diamond in Birmingham we are fully equipped with the facilities, the experience and the expertise to provide you with the massage your body needs! Our staff are all trained to a very high standard and are specialised in many different forms of massage. Wether it is just a full body massage for that all over feeling of complete relaxation or for more specific physical and metal needs, you have come to the right place. Massage is like a cross between acupressure, yoga , and zen shiatsu and is inspired by Buddhist teachings.

Fraudulent company. I had a booking confirmed with by bank card. They confirm to me in an email. And when I went there. They were was closed. The phone wasn't picked up either. Avoid them!

Thank you for leaving us this review, and let me explain what has happened here.
Unfortunatly our building was devastated by a fire on the 14th August and it took us a few weeks to get our booking system shut down and all clients informed of what had happened.
The card processing system ran through Fresha is a pre-authorisation for your booking, but it would never have been charged until you arrived for your appointment.
All of the emails and confirmations are automatic from the system, and we would have atttempted to contact you in advance of the booking to inform you that we are temporarily closed, we apologise that we could not get through to you before you attended the spa.

I attended the spa for a full body massage. I was greeted by a pleasant member of staff named Kausha who also happened to be my masseuse. Thankfully there was no waiting around and I was directed straight to the room I was to receive my massage. On first impressions the room was decent. The only light was coming from the candles and the ambience was relaxing. I was given a box to store my belongings, the box clearly hadn't been wiped down inbetween clients as it had a thick layer of dust. The sheets were stained with black markings and oil and the towels smelt unwashed, the headrest had a thick layer of dust and the bath which was in the room which is used for epson salt bathing after a massage had a rim of dirt. Clearly nothing gets washed after each client. Considering the charge is £55 for the deep tissue massage with oil I would expect a clean environment at the very least.
I would recommend the therapist but not the venue.

Love this place!! I’ve been a few times now and the ladies always work their magic !! Even got my mum hooked Mackenzie, Shy, Sophia & Callie all fab!! Magic hands!! I’ll be back!

I had the best massage of my life with Sophia! she was very accommodating and very easy to speak to and went out of her own way to make sure I was comfortable! Can’t wait to go again this Sunday.

I had a fantastic massage with Kaisha, in particular 1 hour full body Swedish masssage. It was my first time, but the massage was absolutely wonderful and relaxing, furthermore the room was very comfortable.
Kaisha was professional and friendly.
The prices are fair.

I had 1 hour full body Thai massage with Nayana and I let me just say it was the best massage I have ever had! Extremely relaxing, pleasant surroundings. Nayana was very professional, nice and she brought attention to the areas of my body which needed it the most. Followed by 15 mins after spa bath which was super relaxing and an amazing way how to end this session.

Don't normally write reviews but the massage we just had was amazing. My masseuse really knew her stuff and was really friendly, very relaxed and comfortable environment. My partner really enjoyed hers too.
Feel like we've been relieved of aches we didn't even realise we had. Would give it more than 5 stars if we could!

I went for a deep tissue massage by McKenzie, it was long over due but was worth the wait, wonderful service, polite friendly, parking available. The massage was excellent very relaxing and really was what I needed the right pressure also, some place are too light for me I really had some tight knots and muscles. Right now am feeling so serene and relaxed. Was given 20% discount for next massage I can't wait
