A much cheaper and easier option than Birmingham New Street to Euston. We booked before advance tickets with Chiltern Trains - very good value. We arrived had a great coffer at "Expresso", clean and free to use toilets. Boarded train and had seats and the journey was only slightly longer than the "Mainline Route" and Marylebone is so much easier... More

This little treasure fits in perfectly with the retro look of the station, making the most of a small area. It's not the ubiquitous coffee shop.... it's much superior.

Just as it was, when originally built this station is lovely and uncrowded. Whenever I can travel to London from Moor Street to Marylebone I am delighted because I know I will not be buffeted by the crowds experienced at New Street or Euston.

It's decor and crockery take you back in time, soothingly different from the standard eating places at grand central, new street station. It also offers a tempting range of food and... More

This is an old type of railway station with some interesting railway architecture. The tea shop was very nice and our train came on time. Sorted.

Its really nice to see an old station that was brought back to life looking so good. Really well kept well maintained and still has the old world charm. A couple of decent food outlets.

This station has been tastefully renovated in the originasl GWR colours and signage. Very authentic and hard to tell apart from the original, except there are no stream trains! lovely Art Deco cafe too. Brilliant coffee with period music.
