The worst customer service, impossible to contact as telephone doesn't get used anymore and they don't respond to emails.
I am trying to book for my sons birthday, they allowed me to book a date and time for the ifly and high ropes but then once ypu have paid they ask you to reserve a time. Then only certain dates available to book and in my case not the one I booked for! I have emailed multiple times to try and either find out of I can book this date or if not for a refund and nothing, a week later.
If I could have given 0 stars I would

I cannot thank Adam and Ryan enough for the wonderful shark dive we did for my sons birthday. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back :)

We took part in the shark dive, shooting and archery.
Very easy to find, bus and rail service near by as well as a hotel. On first impression was very impressive it wasn't very busy the whole day we where there which I enjoyed. We did the shooting first and the staff were very helpful and gave clear instructions, one member of our group did the shark dive and they really enjoyed it. The staff had good banter and made them feel at ease, i was looking around the dive area and a staff member noticed I was looking around and asked me if I was okay and took me to were I wanted to go, everyone I spoke to at the shark dive experience were very chatty and welcoming. Two members of our group did archery we were the only 2 in the experience, our instructor made it very fun we played various games and had a lot of fun.
My only thing was I did notice at time people wandering around not sure were to go and staff noticing them and not asking if they need help.
I would highly recommend this experience

Paid for the footage after an amazing experience with the ifly team, yet the kiosk have still failed to send me my footage and/or a refund! Ignoring my emails now too. Not to mention when I arrived, customer service was shocking, not a smile in sight.
No where on the website to make a complaint or any complaints procedure.
The experience was amazing itself yet the customer service let the whole thing down! Won’t be going there again.

This is the most underwhelming place ever! It’s nothing like the photos. There is nothing to do! It’s tiny. The activities are really expensive for max 10 mins of snorkelling, zip lining, climbing, axe throwing. The assault course could be done by a 5 year old. I would never ever come here again. I booked a dive costing over £200 I was told I couldn’t do it due to medications I’d been on 5 years ago! I never got any of my money back! It was shocking. Rubbish never visit here

We had great fun. My only criticism is that you pay for 30 mins for the archery and shooting. But we didn't get the 30 mins we payed for. They collected us late for both activities and finished them both early, so we really only got 20 mins. Very disappointing considering the price of both activities. Would be nice to get what you pay for!

Contrary to what a lot of people have been saying in other reviews, I found this place to be good value for money in consideration. We bought my nephew two activities, climbing and Archery, for just £34. Roughly an hours activity time in total (not including a good 20 minutes of safety instructions for the climbing) and given how much my nephew enjoyed it I would class it as money well spent. The gift shop and cafe is also not overly expensive, ruck sacks for a tenner, kids tshirts for £15, you expect to go to these sorts of places in the UK these days and be ripped off at every opportunity but I would say everything is pretty reasonable and I hope it stays that way.
I appreciate others may well have different opinions but for us it was great. Would recommend.

I-fly was supposed to be 1 hour, they don't mention that it is only 2 x 1 minute slots .
My son enjoyed it , but had to pay extra to be taken up in the air twice, this all happened in the same minute so no extra time.
System was down so couldn't get photos , which were overpriced anyway.
Shooting
3 x 10 pellets , nowhere near enough .
Won't be revisiting.
Family of 3 , expensive day our, especially when you include the 2 hour drive .

Ifly and high ropes were good fun. Staff great. Archery was ok but a short session for the price. It’s a nice activity centre but feels overpriced for what you get. Wasn’t busy on a Sunday in half term which I can only surmise is down to how expensive it is.

Not sure but depends what you are doing there. If you are shark diving the waters cool and if you are skydiving they have the biggest fans you have ever seen lol. I would think they do, it's a fantastic set up.

Adding to my above comment. They claimed all 4 sets of tickets that we had spent time getting, were "the same address". THEY WERE MOST DEFINITELY NOT! I will not list the addresses here, however, as the five people in car were all from different addresses, [a mother and daughter (1 address); a boyfriend (1 address); a young teenage daughter of another friend (1 address); and lastly, my friend's sister (1 address) ... FOUR DIFFERENT ADDRESSES!!!!] I am horrified to have wasted all that fuel, for absolutely nothing! The worst part is that you hijacked all of the tickets and refused us entry!

How long should I leave between activities? We are wanting to do high ropes and archery but we don't want to feel rushed in between. We are looking at doing ropes at 10 then archery at 11.30??

We would recommend leaving around 15-30 minutes between experiences, to allow time for a rest, refreshment, and to walk from activity to activity.

Hi does anyone have any info on booking beer grylls and using Clubcard vouchers? I want to do shark dive but I’m worried I’ll convert my vouchers and then can’t book it as shark dive isn’t allowed on tescos.

you could but the assault course could leave you very tired, for snorkelling afterwards. I would do the snorkelling first, as the assault course not an easy task, especially if your unfit.
