Was pleasantly surprised by how interesting I found the museum. I have lived in Birmingham all my life and didn't know it was there. Nice way to spend an afternoon.

Lovely building and garden hiding in plain sight in Handsworth. Nice visitor centre with tea room and guided tour by Rachel who knew everything and showed a real passion for the site and the previous inhabitants.

Hi yes we are open Spring Bank Holiday 11am-3pm guided tours are 11.30, 12,30 and 2pm Hope to see you there.

The closest station is the tram stop St. Paul's from Snow Hill Station. There are two buses from Birmingham that stop very close almost outside the museum no.s 74 and 75
