The last time I visited this venue was in 1970, with my wife, to see Pink Floyd. This time we were here with two friends to see Oysterband. Birmingham Town Hall is a magnificent building, dating back to a time when municipal buildings were designed...More

Very attractive building and you get a sense of history. It's amazing to imagine Mendelssohn or Elgar conducting here. There is a good choice of events and several times we have travelled from Surrey to hear a concert in the Town Hall.

Super venue, great seats, very helpful staff. Service in the lower bar was excellent.Though we thought £5.25 was a little steep for a glass of middle of the road Sauvigon Blanc, well chilled though.

Town Hall Birmingham has been around for over 100 years. I watched many bands there in the Seventies until the bigger venues came into existence. It is a much better more intimate experience in smaller venues. My last visit was to see John Lodges band....More

I shan’t comment on the actual show seen as the town hall cannot really control that. But the building itself is beautiful. Toilets were spotless clean, even with loads of kids in due to the nature of the show we were seeing. Plenty of staff...More

First visit here. I took the family to see Stickman. Great venue and great veiwing. We were in the circle and were concerned the small children may have veiwing problems. But this was not the case. Wont hesitate going again.
