Didn’t know what to expect but was more like an exhibition than a tour. Didn’t really get to see chocolate being made. Just a couple of demonstrations along the route. Kids would enjoy it more than adults. Found the prices in their shop expensive too...More
This is a great experience for the children lots to see and added extras as it was Christmas time, as an adult I was quite disappointed with how little chocolate making you see, also something that infuriates me is the cost of drinks in big...More

Nicely laid out museum. Has 4D show which is a not to be missed one. There is a Santa show, but guess only during Xmas season. Plenty of free chocolates given. Good connectivity to Birmingham city. We did a day trip from Coventry.

We were allowed access prior to our booked time on a very busy day, but this could have been because our son was wearing one of the assistance wristbands, on the day of our visit they could only accept admissions from pre-booked ticket holders, they were not selling any ‘on the day’ tickets
I believe it does really depend on how busy the attraction is, although I cannot confirm this as fact due to our son having the assistance band.

Yes the outside 4d cinema show and would go to the shop too. We had ours booked at 2.30 just check you can’t get in earlier. If you go on weekend they may let u through anytime but in the weekday they might keep to the times. Takes a average of 3-4 hours to get round.
