Didn’t know what to expect but was more like an exhibition than a tour. Didn’t really get to see chocolate being made. Just a couple of demonstrations along the route. Kids would enjoy it more than adults. Found the prices in their shop expensive too...More

This is a perfect place for chocolate lovers and history lovers ... I have been to nestle chocolate factory but I did like the Cadbury's factory as it had ride inside and a chocolate shop outlet

It's very poor laid out. There's hardly anything to see in the producing part. The packaging part is just a wasted space as it's not used. The only thing the kids enjoyed were the amount of the chocolates given out and the outdoor activities. The...More

She loves it (age 9), I am less convinced as there wasn't very much new to see or do. If you get a voucher to discount its definitely worth a trip

Nicely laid out museum. Has 4D show which is a not to be missed one. There is a Santa show, but guess only during Xmas season. Plenty of free chocolates given. Good connectivity to Birmingham city. We did a day trip from Coventry.
