Wonderful cathedral in the centre of town opposite Snow Hill Station and on Colmore Row where most bus services stop. Very beautiful inside and out with helpful staff - they even gave me a bible. Nice grounds with scattered outside seating. Definitely worth a look...More
We were greeted by a very enthusiastic member of the clergy who was happy to explain the history of the building to us.The pre-raphaelite stained glass windows are particularly impressive.
Unlike some cathedrals, they don't ask for payment to look around.
Do take time out to visit this small cathedral in the city centre. Surprising Italianate interior with many decorative columns. The windows do not disappoint they are truly glorious; the colours and style so intense. Enjoy.
