Villa Park Stadium Tour October 2020
Oct 2020
Not being able to attend live football matches this season, we opted for a tour of Villa Park to satisfy our hunger. Without wishing to give away all the excitement and secrets of the tour, we can honestly say - on this tour you will find out things you never knew, and see places only a select few ever go. With games being played behind closed doors, it also gives you an insight to all the issues and safety measure clubs have to put in place. Our Tour Guide - The Fantastic Mick - was an encyclopedia of knowledge , tit bits of gossip , and stats- that even the most ardent and Loyal Aston Villa Fans , would find fascinating- while those not as deep into either football or even Villa ( we had a Nottingham Forest fan on our tour) would still find interesting. Excellent value for money - scratches the itch of being at a football stadium again - , decent coffee available at the start , and a Fascinating and informative Tour Guide . We give this tour 5 Stars.

Went on the Villa tour today with my son. It was our 2nd time in 3 yrs. Loved it just as much as the first time and good to see differences to. Our tour guide Keith was full of knowledge and made it enjoyable.

Took my 9 year old Villa Mad son for a tour of Villa Park yesterday and had a great tour of the stadium by Keith who was extremely knowledgable and welcoming. Really enjoyable event for Villa or general football fans. VP really is a national treasure and if you take this tour you will see why.

Our Villa Park Stadium Tour
Oct 2020
I am not one for leaving reviews as I would prefer to say in person how much I enjoyed the day, but in this instance, I am compelled to tell you how good our tour was. I can't comment on the other tour guides but we were lucky enough to have Mick Dale, who is the nicest person and an absolute credit to Aston Villa. He made our family completely at ease from the moment we met him, especially during these difficult times. Nothing was too much trouble and we all enjoyed his stories and history regarding the Villa. Fantastic value, viewing an amazing stadium. However, it's all about how to tell the story... Thank you Mick. Adam, Sarah, Evelyn, Harrison & Carter.

Stadium Tour - Way better than expected.

Myself, my sister and my two children, one boy aged 6 and one girl aged 3 did the tour with Arthur on Thursday 29/10/2020. As there is not much to do at the moment, I booked on last minute the day of the tour for a 3pm slot and was not really expecting much, just a change of scenery. I’ve visited villa park since I was a very young child, my Dad loves history and I’ve heard many a story about the past, he and my mother were both born and brought up in Aston I was surprised to hear more history that I’ve not been told before by our tour guide Arthur. His knowledge, clear love for the club and how interactive and personal he made it for the children was really excellent. I felt totally safe with the current situation and measures Aston Villa had one place, only 6 people are allowed on the tour. The tour normally accommodates for 25, so it made it that much more personal. It was just great to get back inside the stadium after months of lockdown but it was also lovely to see the character and background places you don’t normally see on match days. My children’s favourite I believe was the changing rooms, walking out the tunnel with the entrance music and walking pitch side and sitting in the dug put! I highly recommend this tour for adults and children alike! Thanks for making the tour great Arthur 😊

Absolutely fab tour by Arthur - so informative and worthwhile for any villa fan - kids loved it - even in these times it was really good - I would say better as there are only 6 of you in a tour so you can soak it in better 😊
