Went there as had a groupon.
The whole experience was very positive - the only negative was that opening times are not very clear outside the studio. Visited many times and finally got through to them.

Me and my friend came here yesterday for a doubles photoshoot and loved it! The photographer was amazing and really made us feel comfortable, even offered to carry our bags for us :) and the ladies who done our hair and makeup were lovely too. We left already arranging when we want our next visit :)

I was nervous about the photoshoot but the photographer and the make-up and hair stylists really put me at ease. I loved the experience!! The viewing session was well organised and she helped narrow down the choices well. I would recommend it highly.

Don't do it, my son got me a virgin experience day, phoned to book had to pay £50 deposit, was told to go to a place in the jewellery quarter not a great place had to wait 45 mins had one cup of coffee in a chipped cup, had a 20 min photo shot which was funny, then had to wait 45 min to see photo and a hard sell which was a bit intimidating, that was on the 20th November, phoned 10 days after to ask why I'd not had my £50 deposit back, was told it takes 21 days before I could get my refund back, it is now 33 days still no £50 deposit back phoned five times just get an answer message which iv left but no reply , sent two emails had no reply, so please don't do this experience as only stress

I was not impressed with my visit to love it studios in any way. Whilst the photographer was friendly and did put a lot of energy into the photo shoot the after sales were appalling. I was shown a collection of photos that on screen looked fairly good. I asked for the pricing matrix in advance of viewing the photos and was refused this until I had selected some photos. I find this unfair as you need to consider what you can afford alongside what you like! Once I did get to see the pricing it was extortionate in comparison to other photographing companies. I was hugely disappointed when I went to collect my photo prints to find they were blurred. They may as well have been printed on the back of a fag packet!
To top it off on leaving there was another customer complaining regarding hair treatment she received.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience when you attended our studio. As a rule, the price list is always sent out to clients when you book with us with a confirmation email and a link to our website which also gives you also the ability to purchase images before hand. You should have been given the option of prepaying for your photos before the day which is cheaper than purchasing them on the day itself. When it comes to viewing, we take you through the price list again and work on the basis of the number of images you intend to purchase and aim to help you in the selection process in order to meet your budget. If the above was not the case for you, I am happy to investigate your concerns to ensure it does not happen again. In relation to the images you received. We use professional printing companies and we vet all suppliers we use to ensure we receive the up most quality deliverable. Once again, I appreciate you taking the time to write a review and would be happy to discuss your concerns with you directly.

Booked and attended makeover photoshoot for after receiving a gift voucher from my friends for my 30th birthday. Paid the 'fully refundable' deposit of £50 to secure my date, which I was assured would be returned to me following the experience. Had a good time at the photoshoot & subsequent photos received were nice. However, I have left in the region of 15 voice mail messages for the company to get back to me regarding my £50 refundable deposit over the last 7 weeks which have not been responded to and I still haven't received this back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Booked this for my daughter's 13th Birthday party. When we arrived the reception was decorated with banners and snacks & drinks were laid out ready for our arrival. The 4 girls all had their hair and make up done and then were taken up for the photo shoot. The photographer was extremely professional and really put the girls at ease. They all came out absolutely buzzing and talking about how different it was for a party experience. When we received our order we had an issue with wrong photo being printed but this was rectified quickly by Clara - great customer service at all times. Thank you again to the team at Love it studios from Julia and her daughter Amelia.

My daughter had a great time and was treated like a princess. All staff were courteous and helpful, we spent longer there than anticipated so expected a good few hours.

Wannabe model thought she had gone to heaven. The skills and enthusiasm of the photographer and make up artist really made her day. My niece who is only 12, but very picky, had a wonderful morning...and the photos are fantastic.

Excellent photographer made us feel at ease for our first ever photo shoot. Great with our 2 year old and 11 year old alike. Staff on reception were very professional too and made us feel relaxed, did not push us to have most expensive photo package and very helpful in choosing from the 60 photos the photographer took down to 9.
Would recommend this studio.
