Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We attended Redpoint for my daughters 7th birthday party with a small group of her friends. All of the staff at the venue were friendly and helpful and ensured we all had a lovely time. We booked the party room before our climb, which was a great space, and then had a 1.5 hour climb. The instructors looking after our group (Danny and Jordan) were excellent. They really reassured the children who were a little more nervous and made it such a fun experience. All of the children commented on how much of a great party it was. We would really recommend Redpoint as a party venue or as a great place to visit for kids or adults. Thank you Redpoint for a brilliant day.

We took a group of four teenage girls today. Ability ranged from beginner to some experience. The staff were amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. It is clearly run by genuine enthusiasts and is all the better for it. Absolutely perfect, I could not suggest even the tiniest improvement.

I've been going to Redpoint since starting climbing about 2 years ago and absolutely love it there. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful, and the routes are fantastic. If you can lead climb, the link-up routes that go all around the centre are not to be missed. I learnt to lead through the Redpoint lead course and the quality of teaching was excellent.
I would highly, highly recommend Redpoint to everyone, whether you are new to climbing or experienced, it's just the best.

Redpoint is a great place to learn to climb as the friendly staff are always happy to help. It also has brilliant lead routes, many of which loop over bridges round stalactites and across the centre.

Myself and my husband booked one hour taster session. As none of us have been climbing before, we found Craig, our instructor, very helpful and friendly, and gave us good starter tips. We would like to go again and would recommend Redpoint for both novices and experienced climbers alike. The facilities on site: lockers ,changing rooms, toilets, coffee shop and equipment store. Check-in was quick and all staff made us very welcome.

Quite simply the best climbing and bouldering centre I’ve been to.
The bouldering centre is excellent - loads of pitches for all abilities, including the best traverse I’ve seen.
The climbing walls are great - loads of choices for all abilities, and some really interesting pitches, including some challenging stalactites. The pitches offer a great mix of strength and technical options.

Learned to climb here and been a regular ever since. Climbing has since taken me far and wide and I always keep coming back. Consistently the best indoor routes I’ve climbed, all set by bonafide climbing geeks. Mega safe, mega friendly and the best parties. The original and best wall in the midlands and the first place you should head to if you want to get into climbing.

Been climbing here for 2 years now with friends and it’s been fantastic. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great routes set and changed regularly.
Plenty of climbing and bouldering challenges for varied abilities including kids climbs. Lesson with staff were really interesting and brought on our bouldering skills. We also took the learn to boulder outdoors course which was a great day out learning how to plan routes and climb safely outdoors.
Cafe also sells great food 👌🏻 Highly recommend.

We say a minimum of 5 years old for our scheduled kids' groups (Rock Monkeys etc) but If you are a family group with an instructor there is no age limit.
