We spent a sunny/ rainy afternoon here bird watching. The visitor centre has coffee, tea and snacks and an eating area if you bring a picnic. Toilets and visitor info good. Staff were really friendly and informative, made us welcome. The walk round the lake...More

This is very local to me surround with lovely walks long and short. The staff are interesting, friendly & welcoming very knowledgeable always happy to help you. Well worth a visit

Even if you are not into nature or a walker. This place is perfect. We parked at Forge Mill Farm carpark. There are charges so bring money in change. Following the path from the carpark which has the signboard with the map of the place....More

This place is within a short car journey from a busy town. Once your there you wouldn't know. It's so peaceful and tranquil. It has some lovely walks and beautiful sites. Take a camera and/or binoculars and you may be pleasantly surprised what you see....More

A wonderful walk in this wonderous landscape, wedged between hamstead, the motorway and West Bromwich, it like being in a different world, some steep paths and odd places with a few steps may be unsuitable for wheelchair users. Good access otherwise and great for walking...More

A fantastic haven of green tranquity right in the heart of Birmingham. Wild birds abound and we had a beautiful walk rpund the lake. What an excellent suprise.
