You cannot visit Arundel, without participating in this sensational experience!
You cannot visit Arundel, without participating in this sensational experience! My partner booked this experience as a 30th birthday surprise for me and it did not disappoint. Kevin was kind enough to pick us up (and drop us back) from our Hotel and transport us to farmland woods where we could watch Harris Hawks - Rose and Skye - in their natural habitat; while being educated by Kevin with fascinating facts and overall engaging conversation. Kevin is very warm and one of those characters that easily make you feel comfortable and welcomed! In addition to this, Kevin made us feel very safe when handling Rose and Skye. We fed them, they performed incredible tricks with us and were extremely gentle. Kevin was also very kind enough to capture picture perfect moments with us and his birds. This experience was very affordable, worth every penny and we would recommend you all NOT TO MISS OUT! Thank you so much Kevin, Skye and Rose for your hospitality and we'll see you again in August!

    Relaxing Hawk Walk
We had a lovely walk for around an hour and half in the woods behind The Fox Inn bordering the Arundel estate. We had the pleasure of two Harris Hawks, Skye and Rose. Kevin and his son Max were extremely well prepared for every eventuality especially when Rose decided she’d come down when it suited her! Skye was happy to land on anyone’s arm whereas Rose came down towards the end of the walk as she knew about the treats at the end! Kevin was highly knowledgable telling us about the hawks as we walked around under their watchful gaze. He is very experienced with tournaments and various types of birds. Kevin took loads of photos so we didn’t haven’t worry about that. We even got a cool trick filmed in slow motion. Both hawks were gracious enough to sit with us for a couples photo! The weather was very kind to us but make sure you’re well prepared with long trousers, decent boots and wet weather gear!

A wonderful experience accessible to all
Very friendly and accessible experience that puts you face to face with some amazing birds. Our party had a great time learning about the different birds of prey before taking a short journey into Arundel center for lunch. The scenery was great, our guides were thoughtful and kind and it was an experience I would recommend to anyone.

    Amazing Hawk walk
We had a fantastic Hawk walk with Kevin and his two Harrier Hawks. Kevin is clearly very experienced and knows his stuff. The walk was roughly two hours through fields and woodland with the Hawks flying through the trees and coming down to land on our gloves. Great experience to get up close to such beautiful animal's and see them doing what they do best. Thank you to Kevin and his Hawks for a wonderful experience.

Amazing visit to Disabled Care Home
Kevin and his 3 birds of prey visited St Bridget's a Leonard Cheshire Disability home in Rustington, home to 39 adults. The whole experience was amazing. Kevin really does know how to be adaptive to people's needs. Very engaging and our guys loved the experience of having amazing birds of prey sitting on their laps and flying inches past them. We will be booking again in the near future. A big thank you

The extraordinary proximity with Harris Hawks is quite different from and much more memorable than anything you might anticipate.
Well organised by Kevin Lochner who is passionate about what he does.
