This was a lovely relaxing cruise along the part of the Chichester Ship Canal that is still navigable. The two volunteer crew were very knowledgeable and friendly. You'll see lots of ducks, coots, waterhen and swans, even kingfishers if you are lucky - some of the coots and waterhen already had little ones, very cute in all their fluff. The little cafe is a nice spot by the canal basin to get a lunchtime snack or a coffee.

A treat for our Mum for Mother's day. Pleasant surprise at the afternoon tea and prosseco provided , the tables had been decorated with pretty tablecloths, napkins and little flower pots. The crew were warm, friendly and knowledgeable. When we got off the all the mum's who were on the trip we're given a beautiful glass trinket that one of the volunteers had made. A lovely afternoon and our Mum had a wonderful time .

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip on the Kingfisher, which is a small boat, holding approximately 16 people, with huge windows all around. We left from the canal basin and were soon heading along the very scenic and peaceful canal. The boat was staffed by lovely volunteers and our skipper gave us lots of interesting information. The one hour and 15 minutes trip was excellent value for money. Upon our return we visited the Canal Cafe and enjoyed very good coffee and cakes, again served by lovely volunteers.

A wonderful & relaxing canal trip with Skipper Ian & crew mate Jennie. Lovely to sit back and enjoy watching the wildlife whilst watching the world go by and learning about canal life. Very friendly and informative, very good value at £8 a head.
