What a great trip

I attended the village tour today as a birthday treat to myself.. and what a great gift it was :) The tour guide, Sarah, was super knowledgeable and entertaining. She explained where things were and weren't filmed and just made it the best day ever (she also got everyone to sing happy birthday to me and the other birthday person in the group, made it a bit more special).
The pick up location was really easy to find, there was adequate parking with staff there to guide and help you, the bus ride was really quick and the tour was at a great pace for all, with our guide making sure that we were all able to enjoy the experience (we had some group members with mobility challenges and she made sure they were getting the most out of the experience). A real treat. :) Thank you

Brilliant Tour. Highly recommended.

Brilliant tour if you are fan of the show. Out tour guide was great and allowed plenty of time for photographs etc. Our meet the star was Bear. Lovely chap who had time to chat with everyone. Was hoping for Cain but maybe next time 😉

Slightly underwhelming

Luckily we went when weather was nice as there is no shelter. Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bit odd to be told not to walk on the grass as it will impact on filming! Cafe and shop leave something to be desired

Amazing!

Me and my partner (a non Emmerdale fan) visited on Saturday 25th November. Absolutely bloody brilliant! Our tour guide Sarah was a fantastic proper Yorkshire lass and perfect at her job. I was in my element and my partner said it wasn't as painful as he expected. 10/10. Make sure you wrap up warm!

Amazing surprise birthday present

We had a fantastic time. The views were amazing, the tour guide Sarah was excellent, she definitely made it for us. We’ve got some great pictures. And to top it all we met Mandy Dingle. She is sooo lovely. Worth every penny. A must to go to.

A must for Emmerdale fans

Took my wife & her sister as part of their birthday celebrations & they both felt that it was the highlight of the weekend.

The tour starts at a local pub & you get taken to the set by coach. Once you arrive, you're given the chance to explore the Hop and have a photo opportunity with the Dingles Van, which is as filthy in person as it looks on screen!

We were taken around the village by a lovely lady named Sue, who was both knowledgeable and good fun. We were given plenty of opportunities to take photos & we didn't feel rushed at all. The tour took around 90 mins at a leisurely stroll.

All in all, we all found it a very enjoyable tour and would recommend it to any Emmerdale fan.

We had a really enjoyable time taking my parents for their birthdays on the tour.
It was fun from the start with the lovely ladies showing us to the coach
We met Lisa (Mandy Dingle) who was a lovely fun person
Sarah our guide was fantastic, very informative and great fun

Great day in the Dales

Did the Emmerdale tour on Sunday, brilliant day from start to finish. Our tour guide was Sue, she was very informative with a great sense of humour, friendly and chatty and nothing was too much trouble for her. It was exciting to walk round the village, see all the houses and find out what goes on inside them. There were plenty of photo opportunities as you wernt rushed round and had time to ask questions. Small snack area with souvenirs and hot drinks, fairly expensive but what you expect, please consider some non dairy milk options for a hot drink on a cold day 😉

Did the Emmerdale Tour today with our guide Sarah who was fun, jolly and very informative. The tour is a must for all emmerdale fans but also interesting for those who just join their partners with lots of snippets of information. Would have definitely booked the celebrity tour if I would have known about it. It didn’t give me the option with the agent I booked with. Next time I will book direct. Lots of walking involved but nothing too strenuous. There is a facility where you can get drinks , snacks , a toilet break and memorabilia, memorabilia was limited and expensive.
