Great for events

Held a couple of events here over the years and the service is always excellent - rooms are more than adequate with great catering and hospitality too. I'd use again.

Lovely little museum with fascinating second floor - particularly moving display on the Pals battalions and the First World War. Great rainy afternoon trip with a nice cafe too. Staff so jolly & friendly; couldn't have been more helpful & delicious cake!

I took the children one rainy school holiday but it took less than an hour before they had lost interest. There are some good displays and usually some activities that are well worth a visit but overall I found it random and seemingly hastily thrown together. Not enough material about Leeds itself.

Excellently laid out. Theatre where they appear to have many things on in the mornings. They have an excellent cafe with homemade food. Museum shop.

I love this museum, I always go with my dad. It is so interesting and there is lots of taxidermy animals. There is also a real mummy in there which is really amazing to see.

Lovely surprise to find a free attraction in the centre of Leeds. The natural history section was great , interactive and a real focus on kids - well thought out and put across the important messages of conservation well. You can actually see Dodo bones....... nowhere in the world is there a full skeleton, but there is part of one... More

Visited Leeds city museum for the first time as a favourite artist was exhibiting there but we were impressed by the Leeds city history and the Eygptian history as well.

As it was a rainy day we decided to have a look at the museum. We were pleasantly surprised! We spent almost 2 hours there starting from the top with the ancient worlds to the bottom with the voices of Asia exhibition. This is great for adults and children and there is a lot to be learned. It's a very... More

A little and poor museum for an important city as Leeds. If you don't have much time to spend, you have to visit the Royal Armouries Museum
