Had a Deep Tissue Legs Only massage today, it was perfect, Tetiana was very conscientious of what needed to be done and made me aware that the massage is very firm. It was perfect, exactly what I was expecting. I will ask next time for a slightly firmer (you can ask during the session if you want softer or firmer) but this would be too much for me this time, as should have gone for this massage a month or 2 ago. The best part for me was having Tetiana know where I was hurting the most and working that out, without me having to say a word. I can't thank her enough, I am looking forward to the rest of this week off with less leg pain. I would also like to add that the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. Theree are some beautiful items for sale (these are on the website too but I like to see and touch things before I buy) they look very well made and I ended up buying myself a couple of gifts.

Fantastic place, the treatments are always first rate and the staff are lovely. Always come out feeling amazing. What I would however say to improve are: 1) The music hasn’t been changed in a while - fine if you’re only there once but it does become repetitive; and 2) When we were there last, during a massage I could hear the manager having an argument with a customer on the phone about a complaint, and then discuss it with a colleague in the foyer after. Obviously this can be unavoidable, but it would have been better to handle this outside of earshot of customers, especially those there to relax! It may be good to improve soundproofing in the double room downstairs, even with a heavy curtain etc.

I had a Swedish massage with Lucy yesterday and from start to finish everything was just lovely and relaxed. From the lovely waiting area to the warm massage beds that you just melt into. Lucy was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease the entire time. I will definitely be going back.

Very pleasant hour spent at Vita Spa, nice welcome and then because I was early I sat in the relaxation room waiting for my body scrub treatment. Olivia was friendly and explained the treatment and left me to get ready- heated bed was a delight. Had a choice of 2 scrubs. I went for the green tea one. Whole body was given a good scrub and it felt a bit like I was getting a massage too. I was then taken to the shower room and felt I could have as much time as I needed to shower and get dressed after the treatment. Skin felt moisturised and smooth. Would recommend.

Had the best back, neck and shoulder massage by Claudia this morning!! Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. On a minus point the receptionist let me leave with mascara down my face. But I’m so zen I don’t even care 😁

Absolutely amazing experience. Ana did a fantastic job. Have an old injury and she made care to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was right throughout. Was a calming experience 10/10 could go again.

I had a signature special called The Royal Affair yesterday at Vita Skin spa in Salisbury. My therapist Olivia was so lovely and professional. And I received one of the best massages I have ever had. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. I did not want to leave! Thank you so much Olivia 😊

The location is central and the facility itself very tastefully decorated and relaxing , creating a sense of calm when you enter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the treatment was outstanding. I felt reinvigorated when I left and would definitely go back again. Great place, great products and staff not over priced.

I had a vita ritual and it was so relaxing, Olivia really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She gave me fantastic treatment, sent me snoring lol. Definitely recommend!! Thanks Olivia xx

This beautiful old english building placed in Winchester blew me away this week. The girls made me feel special from the minute my feet stepped into their spa, the high level of professionalism, knowledge to each treatment and their general care and dedication to making me feel relaxed, spoilt and comfortable was just on another level. One thing I have never had before after a full body massage is hot towels used to remove the excess oils.. bliss! What a hidden gem. Another great thing I would like to add is the parking near by at the sports centre is so reasonably priced and a five minute walk to the spa. Thank you girls for making me feel like I was the only lady visiting your spa on Tuesday. What a team, you should be very proud to work together in such a high standard spa that’s not an over rated hotel. I know I will be asking for gift vouchers for my birthday to see you again that’s for sure.
