We took a city walk with a guide from the Tourist Information Centre on Fish Row. It was an excellent couple of hours and great value @ £6. It made us appreciate the history of the city and taught us to look attentively at the...More
We happened on this walking tour when we visited the Salisbury Information Center. We can't say enough about the tour and our guide, Lorna. While walking down the streets surrounding the old city center, she pointed out wonderfully preserved older buildings and told fascinating stories...More

Our guide was very interesting and informative. He took us into areas that we would never have found on our own and had a vast local knowledge. He told us stories and anecdotes relating to the local history. We thoroughly recommend this tour.

90 minutes with Anna, who took us inside places we would never have found, like to see the wattle and daub walls instead Cotswold. A number of fascinating places and stories. Thoroughly recommended as in introduction to this historic city.

We decided as this was a short break and obviously limited time that a walking tour would be a good way to start the trip. Our guide, though challenged with rounding up her walking flock was informative and interesting. She was able to answer the...More

We so enjoyed our walking tour with Lorna who was dressed in costume. She was so engaging and full of information and interesting anecdotes. Salisbury came alive with her as our guide. Highly recommended.
