Here at the Windsor & Maidenhead Boat Company, we like to make sure your event on the Thames is one to remember. As a family-based business, we like bringing people together. Be it for a social occasion or corporate functions. We have four main areas; Private Charter - Bespoke events with your needs at the centre. Corporate Charter - Set price per head packages to help you budget your event. Group Cruises – Monday to Friday weekday cruises based on 3 hours with a food element perfect for WI, U3A and retirement groups. Daily cruises – Departing from Maidenhead, choose between lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Booking is essential.

Eight Family Members - Absolutely Fantastic, Every Element. Boat like a Limousine, Staff Was Awesome, Captain Was Awesome, Food and Drink was Excellent. Such A Treat. Highly Recommended. Will stick as a lasting memory.

What a great trip! To take a leisurely stroll up the Thames on a sunny day was a delight! Staff were great and the weather was unusually cooperative - just fantastic.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for such a brilliant evening on board The Georgian..
Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed the experience and if I could change one thing it would have been to have done it earlier in the year to make the most of the stunning views before twilight but that’s a great excuse to do it again.
The service was exemplary, the food was hot and tasty and the atmosphere truly brilliant.

A wonderful trip. Fantastic crew, great food. How river trips should be. Large family gathering catered and looked after extremely well. Highly recommended. Thanks to Gareth and the team for making so memorable.

Our party of 53 thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon cruise along the Thames. The commentary was very interesting and timed to perfection as it took us up to the lock where we turned around and by then the afternoon tea was ready. The food was delicious and greatly appreciated - we had a great number of complements about it from our members. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day. Many thanks to you all. We took the lunch cruise from Maidenhead to Windsor and back. It was really good. The boat is gorgeous and has a very comfortable and attractive dining area with a small bar. The food was excellent and rather better than I had expected. The service on board was amazing too, and all in all this was an excellent way to spend a couple of hours.

The lunch cruise was outstanding! Food was excellent and we could not fault anything.
I even enjoyed cabbage for the very first time in my life! The Chef / owner is truly outstanding.
I recommend this trip unreservedly and am looking forward to returning!

I think it was Robert the Bruce who said “ If you don’t at first succeed, try and try again, and I’m glad we did. The first two attempts at taking the ‘Afternoon Tea Cruise’ on the Georgian were thwarted, but thankfully, it was a case of third time lucky. I’m not sure that it was all plain sailing as we only went as far as Bray Lock, but that said, it was an absolutely glorious experience. The brilliant weather was a definite bonus mind you, but more to the point, the staff of this small company excelled in everything they did. There was plenty of room onboard for everyone to be comfortable – and the food was absolutely fantastic. I could go on, but I’ll leave it there and just say that this river trip was better than I was expecting - and more than worth waiting for.

My friend booked a dinner cruise with Windsor and Maidenhead Boat Company for our ladies’ group. We were the only group (of 6) that had booked on that occasion but they still went ahead with such a small group which was amazing! The owner, Gareth hosted us. He is extremely attentive and polite, and welcomed us warmly on board the boat.
The boat is superb with the top deck for relaxing and the bottom deck for dining. The meal was lovely and very well presented; the dessert was particularly delicious. I asked for the dessert recipe because it was that good!
It really was a great experience for all of us and we would like to say big thank you to Gareth for making it a memorable experience. Thank you so much again for everything, we can’t wait for our next trip!
