Located on Eton high street, this shop sells some really good premium products that are unique to the independent retailer and is well worth a look in to buy those luxury items that make life worth it. Great shop.

Thanks for the review Hazel. Glad you enjoyed your picnic!
Always encouraging to come across someone with a deep understanding of what true quality is. If we do not visit this shop or buy from them online to keep it afloat, we will all be doomed to american standards and supermarket fare. Three cheers to...More

I have a thing for quality food. This shop has it in abundance.
You get what you pay for.
The sausage rolls are no exception. However they arrive hot at about 10:30am and, due to licensing they cannot be reheated on site. So if you...More

Thanks so much for your endorsement Billedw! You know you can always call the shop (01753 641 557) before you leave Maidenhead and I'll happily save a Sausage Roll (or two) for you. Don't want you to miss out!
This is a lovely small deli with good range of quality products well priced. In particular the little orange stickers designating the many gluten free items made shopping here simple for my coeliac partner.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback.
Tastes has been a very welcome addition to Eton and has survived quite a lot of competition. The shelves are beautifully curated by the knowledgeable owner who can give precise descriptions of all her products and remembers your tastes. Although the fresh options are perhaps...More

We stopped by after walking from Maidenhead to pick up a tasty, lunch-time snack to eat whilst resting, sitting in the sun, on the bridge over the Thames. I settled for a quiche - leek, mint and peas. It was delicious. The store seemed well...More

Thank you for your review, I hope you enjoyed the rest of your day.
My family stayed just down the road at the Crown & Cushion Inn for a night in May to visit Windsor Castle. In the late afternoon, we decided to take a walk through Eton, and happened upon this place. The deli has a beautiful array...More

Very disappointed. Found there to be a lot of gaps and not everything that I wanted as was advertised on their website. Also found the staff member, who may of been the owner/manager to have ideas above her station and didn't feel like I got...More
