    Best Alpaca Experience
I have been in England, visiting from the states for 2 months, and this has easily been one of my favorite experiences. Ginnie does such an amazing job informing us all there is to know about alpacas and what it is like to run the farm! The alpacas were such a joy to be around. It was incredible to feed and walk them. I still miss them all! Thank you, Ginnie for having us. It was something I will never forget

    Delightful Alpaca Experience
My daughter, grandson and I joined the Alpaca Experience this morning and all had a wonderful time with these delightful, gentle creatures. Ginnie made it even more interesting with lots of information. I cannot recommend it more and highly recommend it as a way to have and a half hours of pure enjoyment

    Informative, interesting and FUN
We had such a lovely time here, Ginny made it so informative, interesting and FUN, and Glyn was ace with our phones capturing our visit with photos and videos for us. To be so close to adorable animals it was hard not to try and pet them but our patience was rewarded when we each took an alpaca around the obsticle course, great fun,we were able to stroke their necks. This is such a great place to visit for both adults and children. Ginny has an obvious love for her animals and it's contageous!

    Birthday gift for my boyfriend
We visited on the weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing time! Ginnie made the booking process very easy. Was pleasantly surprised to see it was just my boyfriend and me along with Ginnie and one of her volunteers Glyn. We got to feed different types of alpacas and take one for a little walk around the field. The alpacas are really friendly! Ginnie was extremely knowledgeable and Glyn took lots of lovely pictures for us! The alpacas are very happy and it’s an experience suitable for all ages. Thanks for a lovely day!

    Above and beyond!
I booked this experience for me and a friend for part of her 40th birthday celebrations because we both love animals. I purposely booked it because it was described as and experience rather than just walking an alpaca. Knowing that, it still exceeded our expectations. Ginnie is extremely knowledgeable about her and alpacas in general. I never expected to get to feed so many alpacas, including mum and babies (one just a week old), plus walk and stroke one of their therapy alpacas. My friend loved the activity for her birthday. Thank you!

Something completely different - a great experience for all ages!
We took the grandchildren and had a great afternoon. Ginnie’s talk was very interesting and informative, we got to meet and feed the alpacas and then take some for a walk around the field on the halters before tackling the obstacle course. It was great fun and Ginnie’s helper Glyn was great in taking many photos on my phone to capture our visit. Highly recommend a visit.

    Fantastic Alpaca Experience
We had a lovely sunny morning today for the Alpaca Experience. It was a joy to be out in the fields with them. Our boy listened intently to the detailed descriptions from our host Ginnie, of the two types of Alpaca used for the experience. We got to meet both types of Alpacas: Suri with a long dreadlock-like fleece and Huacaya with a fluffy, teddy-bear like fleece and he learnt how the different fleeces are used. He got feed young mums and their Cria and then walk some of the trained, therapy Alpacas around an obstacle course. I can thoroughly recommend the experience as enjoyable for adults and children alike.

    WI Experience
13 WI ladies had a fantastic time with Ginny and her Alpacas. We learnt a lot about them, their lives, wool and more. We fed and walked them (Nigel was particularly cute!) Ginny was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her Alpacas. Afterwards we had lovely cakes with our tea/coffee and were also fortunate in that the day was lovely and sunny. Highly recommended.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem. Ginnie and Glyn ( sorry if ive misspelt that) do a fantastic job with the alpacas. Very knowledgeable and got us involved with feeding, walking and herding! They were brilliant with the kids (6 and 11) and took loads of wonderful photos for us to look back on. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Wow what an amazing experience. My daughter booked this for me as a surprise birthday present, had such an amazing day. The alpacas are gorgeous and so well behaved. It was a very informative day too, learnt so much about them and their behaviour in their natural habitat.
Started off by feeding then walking them, followed by a little turn on an obstacle course. It was so much fun, beautiful creatures. Ginny and Glynn who guided us are so lovely and friendly.
I would definately recommend this for all ages, and I'm sure I will return firma picnic in the summer.
Thank you Ginny and Glynn, alpacas Nigel, Cosmos and all their friends.

Thank you to Ginnie and team for making our experince with your gorgous Alpacas very special. Getting up close to them was great, your short talk about them was very useful and interesting, especially when we were able to lead them around your field having an understanding about them as individuals is helpful.
I would differently recomend this expereince for families.

Ginnie and Jo love what they do and it comes across so well in the experience they provide with their alpacas. It was my birthday treat for just me and my wife. The weather was freezing but I didn't notice it because interacting with the animals and hearing all about them was a great distraction. Highly recommended.

The most amazing experience, highly recommended! This was a surprise for my hen do with a group of friends and family and all staff were very welcoming and friendly. The experience was really exciting and unique. We all learnt something about alpacas and enjoyed feeding them and walking them around the obstacle course. It was well tailored to feel like a hen do day out and was really fun. We all had a lot of laughs and it was the perfect day! I wish I could do it again.

To Cosmo, Nigel, Stanley and their Alpaca handlers
A huge thank you for being part of our special day. What a fantastic surprise to be greeted by three fury fellas as we arrived at our wedding reception. Ginnie and the team were absolutely brilliant. We all enjoyed having our photographs taken with these beautiful alpacas and it was fascinating to watch them and listen to their contented noises. They all looked fantastic in the pictures and certainly know how to pose for the camera. Even the photographer couldn't resist a selfie with these fellas. What a lovely addition to our special day we all enjoyed being around these beautiful calm creatures. Thank you to everyone involved.

Visiting Cotswold Vale Alpacas is a real treat for all animal lovers. Not only is it easy to organize, Ginnie and Michelle made the entire experience exciting, fun, and seamless from start to end.

From the fascinating educational segment at the start, to the thoughtful detail of having Michelle photograph and video our interactions with the different groups of Alpacas, we left feeling so happy, warm, and satisfied.

So grateful to have stumbled across this little gem on our anniversary trip to the Cotswold!
