Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautifully situated, with an impressive Castle overlooking the harbour. Such a shame that ( according to my comp anion) the public male toilets on the quay were in a disgusting state. I did not visit the female equivalent, perhaps fortunately. Something like this should not happen, it creates a very bad impression. Hopefully a local Councillor could do something to remedy the situation, a pair of Marigolds and disinfectant with a mop and bucket should do the trick.

there where highs, and lows of our visit to Conwy. i say highs but there was only really one. and to be fair one low but we only did 2 things so not a very large sample size. the boat tour was amazing but luigi did fall off and he says that a mermaid dragged him off the boat, always getting lost in his little fantasies is my luigi. love it. now on to the bad! the public toilets where the second activity planned for our day and it did not go as we had planned. the toilets where way too filthy and the floor was very sloppy so luigi toppled over a few times and landed in the urinal. messy boy!

This area has now become a glorified picnic area. Sadly it has no historical interest anymore and badly need cleaning up. Yes, there are great views to see when its not too crowded which most days it is rammed with visitors. In the summer some tacky rides and stalls are put on the Quay which are totally out of keeping. Conwy is just becoming a place to wander round shops, eat and drink with most establishments charging high prices too. The toilets on the Quay should be closed as a health and safety hazard. Be warned if you don't like dogs stay away as nearly everyone takes dog(s) with them to wander round shops etc and if you don't like dogs in bars and cafes etc forget it. For us Conwy has lost its charm and is way too busy.

Pleasant way to pass some time as you visit Conwy. We enjoyed just sitting on the stone walls and letting ourselves relax.

The quay is a really pretty, laid back place. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks along the water during our stay in Conwy. Enjoy!

So after being refused entry to Conwy Castle ( As i am disabled ) we made our way to the Harbour/Quay of Conwy, now this was quaint, nice, relaxed beautiful little harbour. we visited the World's smallest house situated on the harbour, and a nice little pub called the Liverpool Arms.

Arrived at Conwy for a few hours sunday early morning so parking was easy assisted by car park atrendant. Had a great boat trip for an hour which was lovely. Had fish and chips in cafe which was very tasty followed by ice cream on the front of the bay opposthe little house. Only negative was how dirty the bay area was. You cant blame the seagulls entirely but it didnt make me feel i wanted to sit down anywhere; pavements were filthy. Someone should jet wash and set a good example given how mamy tourists pass through.

We had a lovely time relaxing at the quay. The seagulls are pretty persistent, but it is a good place to watch the world & the water go by.

Lovely to hang out along the harbor and sit and have a beer while watching the people. There are a number of picnic tables scattered around where you can relax and watch the day’s end.

Visiting Conwy over the Easter weekend, opted to walk back from the castle along the quay.
Lots of people out crabbing and enjoying the rare sunny weather.
Even though it was busy - didn't feel crowded.
Lots of places for coffee.
Well worth a visit.
