Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Miles of sand at low tide - but a small stone beach at high tide. Do not walk out to far at low tide as you could get into difficulties with a rising tide. A great place for a long walk.

Lovely little local sandy beach with views. Nice stroll to the right and a Marina pub awaits with views also. It is an easy walk to the sand, would be nice if it had a public toilet tho. There is a caravan Park which may let you use the restaurant loo in a pinch.

Once you get down onto the sand, large stones on slope, not easy access for less able. A good length of pretty shallow water but watch the tides. Stunning backdrop of the Conwy Hills and out to Puffin Island and Great Orme. No cafe and toilets...wild. The Welsh coastal path runs behind. Limited parking so best open area by the golf club.

Like many places in this area it is let down with very poor toilet facilities that's assuming they are actually open. When they are they are not really nice to use. Hence so many use the sandhills for toilets. The beach goes on for what seems miles affording great views. If you want to spend the day there you have to take all supplies with you. Car parking is limited too. If you just want a walk the Morfa can be combined with a walk from Conwy town. Again like many places in and around Conwy you have to be wary of dogs and dog muck which is getting worse. Watch where you walk.

What a perfect beach when tide is out and sun’s out. Pure whitish sands and a long stretch of it. For us walking from Llandudno. It was another walk to get to the beach and patrol of it on the road. However we’ll worth it when you get there!

A large and long beach but make sure you time the tides well as it’s a good swing.

Almost unbelievable that the parking is free - small car park so watch out in the holidays.

Great family day out all in all.

Sea Glass? Well, we had a few days in Wales, and I dragged my husband to this beach to satisfy my beach glass obsession. We were staying about 15 minutes drive from it, and we did not have a car. Taxi ride was about 15 pounds each way. Was it worth it? Well, the day we went we ran in to two very nice ladies who had heard, just as I had, that there is glass on this beach. They had found none. We did find some very nice pieces of glass and pottery. I recommend stay close to the fishing pier and car park- you will find quite a few nice pieces. In the hour that we were there, I was satisfied. Not knowing where to look, we walked alot of beach which was fun. Its clean, parking is a few pounds, and the ride through Conwy is pretty. This was not close enough to walk to the castle which was another 8 minute drive. We enjoyed this beach vwry much. We did not see toilets there.

Truly dog friendly beach that seems to go on forever, my dog spent quite some time off lead running in the wet sand and edge of the sea.
If you aren’t a dog owner or lover don’t be put off, there’s so much beach there’s room for everyone and it is so clean.

Off the beatem track this is simply a clean large deserted beach. Saw two other dog walkers is has high amount of space at low tide, free parking. It simply served a purpose to walk two dogs while in Conwy. Recomended

Walked here from Conwy, stunning scenery, just beautiful! Agree with previous reviewer watch out for jellyfish if you have young children, but this beach is spectacular.
