We took 50 children to the eisteddfod . The field had enough exhibits and stalls to amuse them all day there were people in beautiful costume from.all.over the world walking the field and we even managed to get a picture with the amazing Bryn Terfel!! Inside the tent we were treated to amazing choirs and dance. We spent all day... More

When I lived in the area I always visited the Eisteddford, and I loved it, seeing all the singers and dancers often in national costume. My school choir took part each year, and sometimes winning, but always near to top. A great experience for the surrounding area as many of the visiting choirs were boarded out within the local community.

This year was the third year we have had our Harlley Owners Group rally at the Pavilion. It is a superb setting for camping and the indoor stage facilities are great for the groups we hire in the evening. We'll definitely be back next year. The council from which we hire the hall could not be more welcoming and helpful

Just the grounds and open air spaces are impressive to see - all sorts of activities take place at the International Pavilion other than the Eisteddfod. It is also possible to look round some of the hall. The back of the car park leads to a bridge giving access to the canal.

This was our first visit to this music festival but it most certainly won't be the last. We bought tickets for the evening concert on 7th July 2016. We spent the afternoon at the festival and found it a great experience. Every kind of food and drink you could possibly want, and so much going on, music, dance, craft stalls... More

This is a must do in a lifetime for the music lover. Choirs from all over the world gather and perform at the highest level. The local people act as hosts and they are delights, so genuine and giving.

I liked the idea you can come in and out of the Pavilion to watch the competitions on stage. I enjoyed the culture of many different countries who entertained all ages. I recommend this to people who never have been before, just like me this was my first Eisteddfod and i enjoyed this so much it wont be my last.

Excellent concerts. Carmen was exceptional and Joules Holland even better. My 87 year old mum in law was standing up dancing.

In a time of unrest internationally it is inspiring to see people of all ages from different parts of the world engaging peacefully at this festival based on a shared love of music and dance. The cultural performances of all were enjoyable and the festival is well organised. Lots of craft, souvenirs and street foods of many nations available in... More
