Great attraction, very helpful and friendly staff. Love the way you go round at your own pace. Infomation sound clips were informative and interesting. Gave you a real feel how the mine operated. Well worth the visit.

Quite easy to follow the routes. Very picturesque views. Lovely, helpful friendly people. Hotels are great. Food is very good.

Interesting place to visit. Lots of steps and low rock ceilings, so terrain only suitable for older children and adults of good. Mobility. Nice cafe and friendly staff. Good commentary on buttons along the way. Easy visit and a good picture of local life back...More

The impression that was given by the website was an experience of a mine suitable for all ages. The mine was basically a 500 metre walk through a tunnel with no caverns and 6 audio clips. There were no examples or workings of the mine....More

Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with the family. An adventure through the mountain followed by panning and looking for coins with a metal detector. Lovely cafe and friendly, helpful gentleman.
