Apart from the knowledgeable advice, it has a well-stocked shop. I bought local honey and cards, but there was so much more. A place to linger in!.

Wow! This has to be one of the best tourist information centres I’ve ever visited. There the usual useful information on sale plus some tourist gifts. Then there’s the interactive exhibits and a fantastic automated cinema showing fils of the local area. Fabulous.

Sadly although there were 2 people working there, neither even said good morning! However it is still worth going into as has lots of information in it.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It s a small area with some surrounding shops. If you need information, worth the stop, but if you know what you are doing, keep going.

Lovely people who were warm, welcoming and very, very helpful. They gave us maps, hand-drawn directions, some top tips on things to see - and instructions on the correct way to say 'Betws-y-Coed'. It was a delight to be there.
