If you need directions, suggestions, decent souveniers, or a little bit of history, this is the place to go. Very nice staff.

Tried to get some information about conditions on Mt Snowden prior to setting off, that couldn't be supplied which was dissapointing. Drove to rangers station in the end. Good range of guide books for local walks and the national parks. Didn't find staff overly helpful...More

If you know very little about Welsh folklore, history or the surrounding landscape you may gain something from ten minutes in here. If you can read a map and collect mountains, do not bother, as you know it already.

I only stopped by to get out of the rain and ended up spending almost a hour inside. The staff are very informative and there's plenty of guides/leaflets available not just about Snowdonia but Wales itself. In addition there are film shows running every 15...More

We popped in here whilst walking around Betws-y-Coed. Everything you need for you perfect trip is here and the staff are very knowledgeable. They helped us with public transport times and they even book accommodation if required.

We bought our tickets for the male voice choir concert here and also a birthday card and a glass dragon. Found it reasonably priced and was also dog friendly
