Carla @ Sunmit Seekers is just the most amazing human… her knowledge, skills, patience and kindness is gold star!
She supported me to push my limits and complete the epic challenge of Tryfan and Crob Goch in one day!

Incredible set up the whole team were amazing the effort that went in to making sure we had everything and more to help us complete the challenge was just spot on, I can not wait to join the team again for more adventures, 10/10 worth every penny

I can’t recommend Carla enough. Today was my second scramble in N.Wales that Carla has led and I wouldn’t book with anyone else now we have found you!
Not only a very knowledgeable local guide on the Snowdonia mountains, C is super friendly, chatty and gives lots of support to those that need it on the trickier sections (me!!)
If you love a good mountain hike and want to give yourself a little challenge, book in a scramble. I’ve done the Y Grib walk twice with two separate groups of friends and had the best day. Thank you so much for a ‘pile of fun’ day And for also showing us an amazing spot to get a huge well deserved scone at the end. You’ve totally enthused the group to get scrambling again!

Carla took me around the Snowdon Horseshoe 27/05/2022 starting with Crib Goch. I also stayed at her airbnb and not being a driver she was even kind enough to pick me up and get me dropped back off at the station. She has a very warm personality, amazing sense of humour that kept us all going. She got us over Crib in really good time. I felt so safe with her that I enjoyed every second on every ridge and did not question my safety at all. She was clear at instructing on hand and foot placements. Very knowledgeable on the route and extensive surrounding areas. Conscious of the environment she takes her adventurers into, picking other peoples rubbish up as she went, pointing out and giving information on flora and fauna, saving animals and insects and bugs ect. She could answer every question asked and was very informative. I will definitely be back for more scrambles and adventures with her. I was sad when it ended but I will take away fond lasting memories of my first national peak via the hardest route up with epic scrambles. No matter what type of adventure you are thinking of I will hands down recommend Summit Seekers to everyone. Thank you for showing me a fantastic couple of days Carla. I will stay in touch xox

The Welsh 3000 Split.... WOW.
3 mountain ranges 3 days of epicness!
Going into this with some belief in my ability on day hikes I left the weekend knowing I am capable of far more. Summit Seekers are more than capable of adapting to individual needs, whether you are a novice, experienced hiker, young or old. This event has definitely inspired me to take hiking one step further.
Carla our guide supplied everything and more. Fully guided hikes/ loads of awesome food, stunning bell tent camping locations with comfy beds perfect after a day of hiking and lots of hints/ tips and banter. All I had to do was to simply turn up.
There is literally to much to describe/ explain about how amazing this event was so in short...
Awesome, Inspiring, Laughter, Accommodating.
If you are considering this event or any other with Summit Seekers then do it, you honestly will not regret it.

Just got back from our family adventure with the fabulous Summit Seekers. I cannot express how amazing the whole experience was from start to finish and would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to get outdoors and have adventures with their little ones. Carla took photos throughout which she sent to us straight away so we could relive each special moment.
We arrived on Thursday afternoon and were met by Carla and her family who had pitched our bell tent in the most perfect location, right at the foot of Tryfan. The tent was equipped with everything you need: ready made up beds with lots of layers in case we got cold, chairs, cooking equipment, tonnes of snacks, teas, coffees, fruit juices the list goes on! We had our evening meal cooked for us and were then left to settle in for the night.
We had a great night's sleep and were met in the morning to go on our first adventure - a walk and scramble up Moel Siabod. Carla and her family were so friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely brilliant with all three of us. It was my daughter's first climb up a mountain and Carla instantly put her (and us) at ease. She was so adaptable to whatever we felt comfortable doing and motivated us all the way. Seeing the look of triumph on our little girl's face at the top was priceless and brought a tear to our eyes. Burgers and beers that evening and another good night's sleep.
Next morning it was rock climbing and abseiling. Carla taught us how to tie the ropes on ourselves, how to belay each other and then gave us plenty of practice climbing up the rocks and abseiling down. None of us are good with heights but we never once felt pressured in to doing anything we didn't want to. Carla was encouraging and reassuring throughout.
I really cannot recommend Summit Seekers enough. Thank you Carla and your lovely family for making our few days so memorable and exhilarating. Can't wait for our next adventure!

I booked a personalised family day with Carla and wow it was brilliant. From the hike around the old barracks to the rock climbing & abseiling, we had a brilliant day and can't wait to book with her again.

We had a wonderful day on our introduction to navigation course with Carla from Summit Seekers. Communication was excellent before the day, any messages I sent were promptly answered.
On the day, Carla was welcoming and reassuring from the start. She catered so well for all ability levels with regards navigation and fitness. She was encouraging, informative and so cheerful. Carla helped us to put our new navigation skills into practise throughout the day. I was delighted to go from complete beginner with navigation skills to growing in confidence with map reading and using various relocation resources. Learning and practising as we walked was so useful and really embedded our new skills. As we neared the summit we focussed on more technical scrambling and path finding, and Carla very patiently guided and encouraged us to reach top.
One of our group found the final stages of the ascent and the descent particularly challenging but Carla was so patient and kind, and we were all so proud of our achievements by the end. I had the best day out on the mountains and it has given me the confidence to begin exploring more independently. I am looking forward to more courses with the lovely Summit Seekers.
