Did not receive tickets until i phoned numerous times, they then sent me them using a wrong address, only lucky they arrived because the post code was correct, Ben Portsmouth was unbelievable as Elvis, so close to the reel thing, only spoiled by drunk people standing in central isle trying to get silk scarves off Ben, I mean please are... Hi Margarete Thank you for your review of this show, we’re so sorry that you were unhappy with your seating arrangements. Our hall can also be used as a standing space for gigs, the front rows (row A - J) are therefore not positioned in a tiered fashion. If you were to have spoken to us on the night of... More

My wife and I, as part of our Christmas present, were given tickets to see "the boy with tape on his face" at this venue. We both really enjoyed the act; It was original and very funny and I would certainly recommend it. The venue itself was small but the seats were comfortable and the amenities were good. We had... Great venue with top class comedy acts. Pub landlord was in fine form this evening. Easy to get to venue and collect tickets and drinks before hand usually early 7.30pm performance starts so arrive on time or be prepared to be part of the show. Bar ok, well staffed but queue whole of interval to get a plastic cup of... More

We attended a concert here and were really pleased with the location which was very easy to get to, the parking which was right by the door, the size of the venue was really good, not too small not too big, great sound system. The bar was quick to use and the drinks were very cheap, all in all a... More

On 15 June 2016 a friend and I were eagerly looking forward to hearing Russell Watson singing live (amazing) in the William Aston Hall, Wrexham and arrived about 7.00 to ensure a parking spot. We couldn't believe our eyes when we arrived in the reception area. It was crowded with people standing around, sitting on the stairs, twitching from foot... More

Thank you for your comments and I understand the frustration which has occurred due to the waiting time before this show. The show was advertised with doors being 7:30PM for the show to start at 8:00PM, unfortunately we cannot anticipate what volume of people will arrive at what time but usually people will arrive at or just before door time... This is a great venue, saw PiL there last Thursday, reasonable size, not too big but big enough with seating at the back. Bar and foyer area clean and warm, free car park just outside.
