Safe to say we won’t be going back here until they sort the road out getting to the farm and the food is completely shocking too! Advertising what looks like freshly made pizzas but instead coming out a freezer box and tasted so plain. Trying to charge £9 for it too! The chicken and chips were suppose to be a medium and was nearly £7! The hot dog was nearly £4! Disgusting food and pricing too.

The only thing my daughter did enjoy was feeding the animals. But not at the cost to do so from nearly getting your car damaged by the pot holes trying to get to the place.

I’ve added a photo of my disgusting pizza and then what they were advertising.

Great day out with friends at the farm. Although very disappointed as the farm are charging £2.50 extra for the bouncy castle near the entrance. So I witnessed poor kids going up to the bouncy castle and the lady nearby employed by the farm would tell them they are not allowed and they had taken their shoes off and then tell the parents that they need to pay £2.50 and get a wristband from the reception. I was unwilling to go down the reception with my 7 month old to pay for the bouncy castle. So my 3 year old was very upset he couldn't go on the bouncy castle and had a meltdown. Very disappointed by this approach as you pay enough to get into the farm. Couldn't this have been charged at the entrance or online when you pay for the entrance fee?!

I had the goat experience as a birthday present, and I am totally glad I did! Beautiful location, very clean and tidy and the animals look really well cared for.
The goats made it though, they are so cute, and greedy! Meg who took us was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly, was a really relaxing time.
All staff were super friendly, and helpful.
Special thanks to the other Meg for giving us all the reindeer info!
Would highly recommend and can not wait to go back.

Such a good adults-only event today at The Meadows Farm Village. Went by myself and walked a goat called Primrose, got up close to wallabies including one with a gorgeous Albino joey, had cuddles with (horny) alpacas and then fed lorikeets and had kisses from Buddy the lorikeet!

This park is over priced and run down. The play equipment is poorly maintained as are the the animals and enclosures. You are supposed to be able to pet animals but there is one small area that you can pet animals and this has a big queue as only one family is allowed in at a time and there is one member of staff. There were bikes etc. locked away, directions to a reptile bit that was closed. The indoor play had been dismantled. Play houses had no play equipment in them and or were used as storage. We couldn't even manage an hour there was so little to see and do. You pay through the nose for any other activities. Don't go as a parent you feel ripped off and as a kid you would have more fun at a park. We went with a 3 and 6 year old.

Had a really great day seeing all the different animals and birds.
Feeding the Alpacas was an amazing experience. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff were very polite and helpful and couldn't ask for a better day out.

A large group of us (19) with children aged 2-3 planned a visit to The Meadows Farm Village and were advised to book our general farm entry online to secure the best price. We really wanted to add the extra experiences onto our visit, (despite the expensive extra costs per person - including adults), such as the reptile encounter and bird feeding experience etc. To try and avoid disappointment I used the WhatsApp chat to ask advice of what time to arrive so that we could book onto the extra experiences. We were advised to arrive by 12pm to avoid disappointment. I asked if we could pre-book these but were told that they don’t offer a pre-booking option for the experiences but if we arrived early enough there would be space.

As advised, we all arrived by 12pm and met in the car park to book the experiences together as a group. When we asked at the kiosk we were informed that the only 2 experiences with spaces left to book were the ‘Alpaca Cuddles’ and ‘Wallaby Walk through’ and that they didn’t have space for us all. Safe to say we had a lot of disappointed children. We booked the spaces that were left and tried to make the most of our day. We soon joined the long queue to pet the bunnies, however, were soon told that they would be closing for lunch, so another disappointment. When we went to queue after lunch opening time, there queue was very long - too long for 2-3year olds.

Despite all of the above, we did have a lovely day out together and the blue foam party was great fun! The farm itself is a lovely safe environment and improving every visit, however, I feel that it is an expensive day out, especially if you don’t get to do what you want to do there.

Fantastic place. Lots of varied animals and experiences to purchase, but all animals can be viewed for free, and petted in the pet area. There is also playgrounds and bouncy castles plus a lovely little coffee shop.
Staff are brilliant and looked after my daughters interests brilliantly. Plenty of portaloos and hand washing stations throughout.

Was great today to have a fire engine and staff plus a police car and officers for the children to meet. Every day is a school day here.

We had the most amaZing day, kids loved the foam party. Very clean. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is the lady who worked by the bouncy castles with short hair was really rude and abrupt to us not sure if she worked on the little food van.
