Our daughter loves this facility and attends every Saturday morning without fail. She has become a keen climber through attending classes here and it is clear that she receives excellent guidance. We never have to worry about her safety.

Excellent experience for all ages. A really wonderful introduction to climbing. Safety was clearly in the forefront of the mind of the instructor, Toby, who gave the kinds loads of fun throughout the session.

Booked my daughter on a first session for her 7th Birthday present. She was on a supervised family session with 3 older boys whom she didn't know. There was one supervisor and she was often left just dangling whilst the attention of the staff was on the other 3 lads who were of soke ability, I mentioned when I booked... More

Hi Andrew, I would like to apologise in regards to your daughter's experience at Boulders. I was extremely disappointed when I read your review of your daughter's time at Boulders, as we strive to make every climbing experience as enjoyable and as inclusive as possible. Our instructors normally work hard to include everyone in the group and make sure they... More

I took my nephew climbing. It's always refreshing to go to a climbing centre which is warm - just right in fact, it's no refrigerated unit like some others! We went on Saturday afternoon - I did check there wasn't a competition or event on before going. It was busy but there was well enough space to climb and focus... More

I came here with my husband and 2 children aged 9 and 13. We all climbed in a family taster session. It was fantastic fun and Gavin, our coach was brilliant. Lots of fun.

Having never even thought of climbing before due to my fear of heights my fiancée, whom is an avid climber, persuaded me to give it a try. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and very reassuring, giving me all the information I needed. Once there I was still apprehensive about it all but our instructor Toby (correct me on... I have been here many times to do both top roping and bouldering, they have a large number of walls to climb of various difficulties. There are a few auto-belay devices now installed if you want to do some solo climbing which are great for building up endurance. The bouldering section is quite large and they have lots of routes... Really enjoyed our visit to Boulders. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We were in a group with other people also on the taster course but got loads of climbing time. Definitely worth the money and would visit again. It did take a long time to get through to someone on the phone when I rang to book the... More
