We have visited Cardiff on numerous occasions and this was the first time we visited the castle, what a heritage it has, so interesting and very well preserved, thoroughly enjoyed our couple of hours here and would do it again on our next visit.

Though I didn't see a jousting event, the castle does have them. You can probably find the dates for jousting at their website or google Cardiff Castle/joust
