Absolutely loved our visit to Cardiff Castle. Amazing to experience 2000 years of history in such beautiful surroundings. It's really well worth a visit and the entrance fee of £13 per adult was very reasonable.

Hello kittykate ...heaps, depending on how far you want to walk. Cardiff Hilton and The Angel Hotel are the closest ( but ate on different sides of the castle), then the Holiday Inn just along from the Angel...opposite Bute... More
