One of my best experiences!!! Like a time machine. It's amazing you can see how people from different social classes lived from stone age till 1970. How they could manage to move the buldings all over Wales to here. I went with my husband and 2 years old daughter, easy to ride a stroller. For me, affectionate in history, one... More

We love going to St Fagans. This was a popular school trip growing up and we continue to return at least 4 times a year. With the only real cost being the £5 parking, and you can stay from the moment it opens to the time it closes It a lovely day out what ever the weather and the people... More

Very nice place to visit plenty to entertain the children, it's a bit of an obstacle course though for pushchairs and wheelchairs not all buildings are accessible to wheelchair users of any age. Although there is a lot of work going on at the moment, could do with more seating spread around the grounds. All that said it is a... More

Visited in the summer and it was a lovely cheap day trip for my family. Perfect to bring a picnic and sit on the group and just enjoy the scenery.

Even though we were there on a rainy day it is a wonderful day out for the whole family. Its very educational and its so nice to see how the Welsh people used to live. Covers so many times of history. I particularly enjoyed the 19th and 20th century houses and lifestyles.

A favourite place of mine to visit for years. I never tire of the walks and places of interest here - the home made scones from the bakery are a must - wonderful to take friends at any time of year.

Museum is being redone at present when new galleries open it will showcase multiculturalism of South Wales in addition to Welsh history. There is plenty for children ( young and old) as well as many outdoor facilities.
