My teenage son is a massive Dr Who fan and we booked the walking and bus tour 4 months ago. He was so looking forward to going but is poorly and unable to go and is absolutely gutted. The company do not offer any refunds or even the chance to re-book another Date which is absolutely terrible customer service. Be careful before you book.

Hi Thankyou for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with our customer service. Our booking terms and conditions are standard for the industry and in line with what other tour operators, train, plane and other travel companies do. We do our best to try to accommodate scenarios like this and offer very generous rebooking terms. If you would like to email us we can look into this again. Best Wishes Brit Movie Tours

Very knowledgeable guide. Great tours for Dr. Who fans (I was dragged along by my sons - while they are Dr. Who fans, I am not. But I had a great time!)

My family did both the walking tour and the bus tour. Lottie, our walking tour guide, was hilarious and shared many tidbits, as someone who went to college in Cardiff during the filming of some of the series. It was a really great tour. The bus tour was not quite as good, due to no air conditioning (or ability to open the windows), and the microphone not working. But we also had a really fun tour guide for it, and got to see a lot of wonderful places.

I came as part of a group, the Doctor Who Society (DocSoc) at the University of Birmingham. I suggested this to the group, as an alternative to our yearly Cardiff trip to the Doctor Who Experience after its closure, after doing the bus tour hosted by the same company a few years ago and having a wonderful time. We were met promptly by Dewi at Cardiff Castle, and got to see a variety of sights and filming locations around Cardiff City Centre, accompanied by the corresponding image of the episode filmed, with expert knowledge on the specific context. Dewi kept us entertained with some great insight into the filming of the show, and his meetings with the cast and crew, and made for a very pleasant 2 hours! His friendly comments along the way made us all happy to be in his company for the duration of the tour. The walking wasn't too much, even though it was slightly hot, and we got a variety of locations in over the 2 hours. I consider it to be worth the asking price we paid as a group. We are definitely interested in coming again!

It was well worth it the guide not only knew all about doctor who but he knew Cardiff so not only were the places where the show was filmed but the places were Welsh history was made there and even though streets were closed all around Cardiff due to a football match it was still an enjoyable tour
