Lots of shops closed when visiting. Will be lovely when fully operational. Loved the Millennium Centre and Norwegian Church located there however. Welsh Assembly building impressive looking from outside.

Took the boat to Mermaid Quay from the boarding point near to the Castle. There was nothing there to do or see except eat and drink.

Good restaurants (apart from Salt) but a pity no boat rides on reasonably pleasant winter days. The world should not come to an end n winter. Not even tours available in Cardiff in January.

We were staying over xmas period at Marriott Hotel and on xmas night wanted to see cardiff bay and get some fresh air. Mermaid Quay was quiet as most if bars and restaurants were closed for xmas. We had a walk around abd was surprised...More

Hi Terry The public toilets are located upstairs by the entrance to The Glee Club. The entrance to upstairs is opposite GBK on Bute Street. Hope this helps. Thanks

Sorry, didn't use the sofa bed but if it's anything to go by the main bed was very comfy.
