We took the boat trip on a sunny afternoon whilst visiting Cardiff- it's a great way to see Tiger Bay and the city from the water. The trip lasts about 45 minutes and there's an informative commentary on the way. Ideal for getting sea air and a different view of the city! Very friendly staff too.

The boat trip it's self was very good. But it was a shame that the boat hadn't been restocked with refreshments from the previous evening. I booked this trip well in advance for a party of 24 adults and children. Plenty of notice was given that there would be a big party travelling together for my wife's 40th birthday.

Having walked to Cardiff Bay form the city centre, which wasn't too bad, 20 min or so, a we decided to take the boost back. Relaxing and fun and a great way to take in the sights.

Very beautiful location for the trip, but the top deck being under maintenance in the summer holidays where people would come more than any other time just doesn’t make sense.

this was a RUBBISH trip. we paid for the open top boat and then we boarded, was told that the top was closed for refurbishment. We queried why it had been advertised as open top then and was very rudely told by the captain, if you don't like it you can get off! so we did. was promised a refund but nothing has come through yet.
