Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It has long been my ambition to visit Cardiff Arms Park and although we only viewed it from the outside it still bought a lump to ones throat. We could imagine the atmosphere during an international rugby match (between NZ and Wales). Cheers.

On two recent visits during the Rugby World Cup to this wonderful stadium I was struck by the architected seating and facilities particularly the closed roof.
This is the model that other stadia shroud follow for rugby venues particularly.
Helpful staff and great atmospheres made for memories of a lifetime.🏉👌🍀

Went to watch the wales women's international game, lovely staff respectfully reminded about covid rules. Amazing family atmosphere but sadly not the result I wanted but you can't have it all

Despite being biggest gate for CRFC (and possibly the Blues), a shambolic reception awaits again. Stewards have no idea where tickets are being sold and by whom, must be the only Welsh Premiership club to charge for under 16's . A relative queues for 25 mins for a cold cuppa to be told by staff they were "not expecting a crowd of more than 200 because that's all we normally get".. No hospitality awaits you at this ground. If you are not a member of Cardiff Athletic then good luck in getting served at any of the bars or even accessing any of the facilities..which I could go on about from and including other visits with children which where frankly disgusting.

Great place to visit- in centre of the city, good pitch, good security, good seating and stewards were helpful when getting into the ground. Pity some people seem more interested in getting alcohol through the match, rather than the interval, as getting up for them several times and having beer spilled on you tends to ruin a rugby fan's enjoyment.

Attended the Arms park for an European match in December. The arms park is ideally situated in the centre of Cardiff making access easy and being only a short walk from the train station. The bag check on entering was friendly and efficiently carried out and access was quick. We found our seats easily with the help of stewards and the signposting. Good view from seats with no obstructions, and the stand did stop the heavy rain beating in. There was only 1 large screen and this was not easy to see it being situated in a corner of the ground. This also held up the game as the referee had to run the length of the ground when he needed to make a tv decision, this was quite funny for the crowd but not for the referee. Toilet facilities at the ground are adequate but there was the usual congestion at half and full time. We did not purchase any food and drink at the ground as the ques were very long.

Watched a great game of rugby in a loud but friendly atmosphere. Had a beer at half time which was served efficiently despite the queues. Thought the beer was slightly over priced. After the game went for a beer in the bar at the back of the club shop which was pleasant.

Home of the Welsh Women team, great atmosphere and friendly staff, although the stadium is looking a little tired from it's glory days still feels like the home of Welsh Rugby

Wow I finally got to visit the Park. It is so small compared to the big stadium next door. Well worth the visit.
