Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Unfortunately a fight broke out on the inflatable very aggressive between two families which required all of the staff to run to the back of the building leaving the reception and cafe unattended.
This was an unfortunate incident but I really feel that you have some responsibility .
1) The people in the fight were teenagers you really need to lower the age in the school holidays it’s dangerous to have man size teenagers on the inflatables with little kids and then a massive fight breakout.
2) the staff are too young to be dealing with such a incident. They are venerable and need support you really need to consider a more experienced team member or security

Outstanding for Birthday Parties! I had a party for an 8 year old on Sunday and the staff were absolutely amazing and the room was fantastic and the pizza and food was perfect and generous amounts. I would highly recommend over other trampoline parks - this is the one to use if you want perfection for a party! Thank you Buzz staff you go over and above and thank you to your management for everything you did for my sons birthday party in organising your team and fulfilling all my wishes for the party. We had a fantastic bounce and will be back for sure!

The place is brilliant but the attitude of some of the staff isn't
My 9 year old son slipped on a wet patch and fell into the bin, smashing his knee onto the floor and was crying , when I alerted a young blonde girl she replied "well the cafe has just been mopped" there was no signs up anywhere though and children were still walking around cafe area, she then eye rolled me and started moaning about me to another dark haired girl who was dragging a soaking mop across the floor. They both turned to look at me as they were chatting.
The girls also left a bucket of water unattended near my toddler and it took 1 of the older women to notice and come over to move it and apologise
I think some of the staff need some basic health and safety training

Family of 4. a toddler who is near 3 and baby 10 months. After checked in ect got our socks on we was told we were at the back of the park where all the inflatables were and we we weren't allowed on the trampolines because we got toddlers. So that was the first thing. Then we waited to go on, went to go on the inflatables to be told to up and around the steps, again done that to be told again that we weren't allowed on this side of the inflatables we needed to go on the smallest part of the inflatables where it only had a slide, and a dome with a tunnel. At this point we felt that they were taking the mick. We had paid the same price as everyone else to only use a tiny part put of huge trampoline park. If I new that I would of never had booked to go. It didn't state that on they're website. We did complain to the manager and gave us a return ticket. However it so busy in there no one stuck to the guidelines, tables were packed hardly no one wearing masks. Complete shambles. Yes it was a Saturday but considering you needed to book online we did expect it would be quieter than normal but no. The Bridgend trampoline park is better.

Hi Helen,
Sorry to hear about your experience at BUZZ. We never like to see an unhappy customer!
Our insurers require us to abide by certain rules and guidelines in regards to activities in the park. We do have a dedicated area on our inflatable for under 5s. Unfortunately during our usual open jump sessions, under 5s are not able to use the trampoline area along size older children and adults.
Unfortunately you booked the wrong product(s) on our website, this was the reason why you paid more than you should have
We want to give customers of all ages the opportunity to have the full experience of BUZZ Cardiff, without restrictions. This is why we have introduced 'Tots Takeover' sessions where under 6s can use the whole park without the worry of bumping into someone much bigger.
Customer safety at BUZZ is our number 1 priority.
I'm happy to hear the staff were following the guidelines given to them, especially on the first weekend opening for over 7 months.
Thanks
Liam

Absolutely freezing if you are the adult not bouncing. Heating is never on and the mythical hot food is never available.
Sadly my kids love the inflatable area and nag me to come, sit and freeze. Bring a warm coat and blanket for your legs and enjoy a tepid coffee

The purchase of two pairs of socks is just pure money grabbing. Took 10 girls for a party all who had trampolining socks on but was told I would need to purchase THEIR antibacterial socks for all of them! What a total pile of bull! Felt ripped off - will not return. It was way better as Go Air.

Firstly, the toddler area isn't very toddler friendly. Was advised we could have seating area to watch our toddler but the tables had not been cleaned when we arrived & not the entire time we was there.
Staff in trampoline area was quite rude telling my girls off for the littlest of things.
Snacks at the café - very limited choices which wasn't great.
Very expensive for what it is worth after 4 adults & 3 children (went with family friends) a total of £80 just for 2 hours worth.
There was also no toddler trampoline section which was disappointing as previously visited and my girls loved it. Shame its been taken away.
The music at one point also played Kelis - in public, and if you know the lyrics it is definitely not child friendly music!

Overall staff attitude awful.
I visited a couple of months ago and again in July as I gave it the benefit of the doubt but again it was a disappointment.
I have never visited a place as an adult and been told off so much, EVER.
First visit I was told off for wrong pair of socks as two different kinds needed. Taking my toddler out of the tiny and boring toddler area in to larger section when it was empty, and because I wasn’t wearing an arm band even though I wasn’t given one on arrival.
My second visit I was told off for my son standing in front of an air blower because the place was hotter than the centre of the earth! And then he was told he couldn’t have the last 10 mins of the session at 4.50 when I had paid till 5. I made it clear he was having the last 10 minutes!!!
The pettiness and dictatorship style of the staff is over the top and ruins the fun. They really need some training on customer service and manners, I will be going to the rival centre from now on as it’s a whole nicer experience for me and the kids with a much better toddler option.

The whole of Buzz is a great set up however I took my daughter who is the elder side of 3.
We were told which direction to go and where to sit and so presumed we was allowed on the inflatable area. However this wasn’t the case. We was taken off the inflatables after about 15 minutes and sent to the small part which is meant to be for under 5s and that’s where we had t stay.
This under 5 area is not suitable for children over 2 I would say. It’s tiny, about 20 steps wide and only about 3 inflatables which are again tiny. It’s not suitable for anyone over the age of 2. We was in the way of the tiny babies in there and within 5 minutes decided to leave as my daughter was already fixated on us being in the bigger side of the inflatables (she was fine in there!)
Did complain and ask to pay extra to go on all inflatables but was told not possible. Another mother with a child similar age also complained about this as it wasn’t stated clearly at all.
There isn’t any point taking a trip to this place to use the under 5 area unless you have older children playing in the bigger part.
It was a wasted journey for us and I’m gutted as it was exactly what we expected when we entered the building. I understand after speaking to staff we need to aim for the tots take over but this was not clear anywhere on the website and I feel we ended up with a wasted journey to be honest. My daughter was so upset leaving but she didn’t understand we had to stay in the tiny baby part and was crying to go back into the bigger part.
Ladies attitude in the big part of the inflatables was awful, however the staff behind the till was super welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.
Have received an email offering 25% off but again this isn’t for the tots take over so would be a wasted trip and discount for us.
Gutted!
Will try another trampoline park in future instead :)

We as a family have been here a few times and the kids have always enjoyed there selves.
However this particularly time was extremely poor. Inside the bouncy castle part of the village place was littered with rubbish, packets of crisps, coffee cups etc.The staff in there were totally disinterested in their jobs constantly only there phones.
In the trampoline side of it me and my daughter went to go on the basketball to be told that it is on time out for 20 minutes, because some boys were messing around using it.
The majority of the lockers were either broken or smashed in.
