Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Was feeling anxious before my wedding and not sleeping well. A friend recommended I try this facility. The tanks are private rooms with clean changing rooms and showers. After the 1 hour float I went into the chill room for a massage and water . Afterwards I went home and slept solid for 3 hours and slept well since . Would recommend and will be going again Thankyou .

A must experience! This place gets better and better with each visit. I manage to recharge, rest, slow my thoughts, practice my Wim Hof Method and come out feeling so bloody good.

On top of this the staff are friendly, warm and fabulous.

They have a beautiful room you can sit in afterwards with massage chairs, water/hot drinks that really sets the tone for the day too.

A proper treat.

I came to the frog as a customer and loved it so much Ive asked to do some work experience with them, I have since realised they are not on trip advisor so I thought I would write a review for this gem of a place!
The Lazy frog aims to provide a relaxing and healing experience. The centre has a number of different treatments but mainly focuses on the experience of the floatation tanks. The tank contains half a ton of Epsom salt that replenishes the body with magnesium and sodium while working of the principle of reverse osmosis to remove toxins through the skin. The tank also works on depravation of sound, light, heat management and weight. There is no light, there’s no sound, the water and air are body temperature, and the water density through the salt content allows you to float at a midline balance point, which gives the sensation of complete weightlessness. The desired out come of depriving the body of its most relied upon senses encourages the mind to turn inwards to focus on our thoughts and feelings, this can provide space to work through any stresses or build up of emotions we may have. One hour of relaxation in the tank is equivalent to four hours sleep.
The deprivation of senses is a perfect environment for meditation. Although it is not a skill that always comes natural to some so music can be played as a relaxation aid. However people chose to spend their hour in the tank, it is a relaxing and unique experience that gives quiet time for self reflection which is often well needed in the busy modern day lifestyles people lead.
The centre offers other experiences through independent businesses, such as reiki, acupuncture, deep tissue massage, counselling, and kundalini yoga, one on one yoga and meditation, and many others. The treatments can also be combined and catered to the person depending on their wellbeing needs.
This centre is very unique to south Wales, there are wellbeing centres throughout the country, but this is the only one in the area that offers the deprivation float tanks, which really are a unique experience. The uplands is a smaller region tucked away from Swansea, it has a small number of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a nice area for a spot of lunch afterwards (being a vegan, I would recommend crumbs cafe that do an arrange of yummy vegetarian and vegan food). With the Gower and the mumbles just down the road, the centre is a great little treat for those on holiday, taking some time to treat themselves, or our those who want to embark on a positive lifestyle change with regular float sessions.

My husband and I visited recently. I had been asking him to come with me for a long time and he had refused (he doesn't do relaxation!) so I booked it as a surprise and dragged him along. I love it at LazyFrog but it is a long way for me to travel on my own. It is such a good experience - after the flotation tank, you can then relax with a cold or hot drink in a massage chair with some reading. Hywel is such a lovely host, and puts you immediately at ease. I booked an overnight stay in Swansea that night so we wouldn't have to travel straight home. It was a great start to the weekend.

Went for a sensory deprivation/float tank experience for the first time. The float took 1 hour in total in a tank within a private shower room. I thought I would feel claustrophobic and cold in the tank, but it was actually very spacious and comfortable. After the float you can spend time in the relaxation room, where you are encouraged to stay and chill out for as long as you want before going back out to the world - there is an electric massage chair, herbal tea, books, soft sofas, and a guestbook to doodle in. I felt very chilled out afterwards, and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place.
My better half bought us an hour flotation each. It not something I'd normally consider but it WOW.
I can't recommend this place enough. Lovely staff and very clean facilities.
The flotation is probably the most relaxed I've ever been.
Really big personal tanks and a great relaxation room afterwards. I didn't want to leave.
