BRD Mountain Boarding and Gravity Centre, Gower, Swansea, South Wales. We provide lessons, courses and hire of equipment for all terrain mountain boarding, Surfing, grass sledging, dirt scooters and the brd buggy Mariokart in real life. Lessons ranging from beginner to expert. A great place to visit for outdoor fun and fitness if your a corporate group, birthday party or want a thrilling experience as a small group. We provide educational courses for local authority groups like schools and scouts.

Today Ben at BRD ran an amazing mountain boarding session for my son and his friends, to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. Ben was amazing with the kids. He made the session loads of fun whilst being firm with the safety rules. The kids were engaged throughout and they all stood up on the board quite quickly. When they were getting tired of concentrating he gave them lifts higher up the hill via his trailer and let them have fun riding down whilst sitting on the board. The session was very entertaining for the watching adults too! Ben took loads of great photos of the kids on the boards, which he sent on to us straight after the session. Fantastic!
Ben can offer sessions at different locations and catering for a range of budgets. I'd definitely recommend contacting BRD for a kids party / group event.

We’ve booked with Ben several times now, most recently last week when my two teenage sons and their friend spent 3 very happy hours mountain boarding and trying out various other sports . It was great value for money . Ben has a really good rapport with the teenagers and I’m just about to book with him again. A fantastic activity in the Gower.

Me and my ten year old had an amazing mountain boarding session.
Very good instruction, you don't just jump on the board and fly down the hill (safety kit is included). Starts with baby steps and gradually building up as you get more skilled and confident.
If you are looking for an activity that's different and a little bit challenging, then this the place.
I would thoroughly recommend Gravity Centre.

My 14 years old son and I did grass sledging, mountain boarding and dirt scooter with friendly and knowledgeable Ben. Ben was very patience and detailed in explaining the skills and most importantly he is humourous. I was very slow in picking up the mountain boarding but Ben was patience and made me at ease. Ben was assisted by his friendly assistant Louis which catched me when I went off track. Ben also helped to take videos which was an added bonus. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend this activity to family who like to experience some thing new during their holiday in Wales.

I had an amazing experience trying mountain boarding for the first time with my friend. Ben is a great teacher, I both learned and had fun during the lesson.
It was raining during our lesson which made the ground softer perfect to try some slides and watch my friend's epic falls!

We spent the day as a family of four (2 adults 2 kids 8 and 4. We all had an absolutely brilliant time with Ben and the various activities we did. He is so good at explaining everything and making the activity work for everyone. If you don’t do this you will regret it. An awesome day out and the highlight of my boys holiday. Thank you Ben and keep up the great work.

Although only the two teen boys took part in this time, I aim to change this for our next activity. As a family of 5, with 3 teen boys, BRD is exactly what we were looking for. On this occasion my boys enjoyed a fabulous 2 hour surf lesson and thoroughly enjoyed every second. Ben was a great teacher and put the boys at ease immediately. They even found a giant jellyfish to inspect. Even on a day with changeable weather, they had a blast. Even managing to get up on the board a few times during their first lesson (rubbish mum missed these pics!!) . We are looking forward to trying some of the other activities as a whole family in the near future. The mountain skateboarding sounds particularly fun!! Highly recommend BRD.

Great tuition great fun. We tried the full gravity package. All the activities were fun and well instructed for a group aging from 17-51. Instructors were friendly and encouraging. A little difficult to find but well worth the effort.

My 2 little ones had a fabulous 2 hours surfing tuition in the glorious surroundings of Cefn Sidan beach. Ben and the team were amazing and inspired so much water confidence and enjoyment. They lasted the full 2 hours in the sea and were reluctant to leave at the end. All equipment was provided. We cannot wait to go again. Highly recommend.

We had a TURF & SURF day out at Pembrey country park.
2 hours mountain boarding in the beautiful country park with views overlooking Rhosilli and Llangennith. A nice hours break to eat our picnic with the rest of the family. Followed by another 2-3 hours of surfing lessons. One of the best family days out this Summer.
